What a dumb concept. Honestly the first two episodes had me hooked. The show was setup really well but then basically turned into a far too slow plot. Almost the entire show is spent in flashbacks and way too much screen time is given to boring useless scenes were 5 characters are stuck in a basement. The mom character is unwatchable too. Honestly most shows start slow and get better. This started great and got slower and worse and worse. Kind of a waste of time. Later in the plot these random things called "movements pop up" and I just burst out laughing cuz it's so dumb looking. I can't beleive people took it serieously when writing the show.

Plot: Fascinating premise - the OA ("Original Angel") has near death experiences that give her a glimpse at the other side and secrets of how to get to other dimensions. The final episode is so unexpected, with an intensely emotional event that will definitely definitely leave you crying and wanting more!Themes: Love, paranormal, sacrificeActing: The leads are amazing. Prairie (the OA) has a fascinating face that looks "blind" even when she can see again. Her mother and father are great. The team she assembles is great. I really don't know how the average is 7.8 for this show, it really sucks.. they have that ritual that makes me laught every time I think about it.. I wasted precious hours of my life watching this s****, don't recommend it to anyone.

Waste of time with STUPID ENDING that feels like it was thought up at the last minute and what was with the dance sequence? I really thought the viewer was going to be like WoW that's what that means instead I was left feeling WTF was that all about but will say it kept me in wanting to know what happens at the end that's why I kept watching I actually wouldn't recommend this one
