Wordiezett So much average
Livestonth I am only giving this movie a 1 for the great cast, though I can't imagine what any of them were thinking. This movie was horrible
Fairaher The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.
Kien Navarro Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
Kirpianuscus a good work. wise mixture of crime, personal life and medical details. sure, Dana Delany is the star and the science to create her character episode by episode, to use in inspired manner each nuance of a career woman looking the best way to develop the private life , the relation with her daughter. but, I admit, I am fascinated by the performance of Windell Middlebrooks. the presence, the humor, the vulnerability, the traces of Peter Pan syndrome, the couple with Geoffrey Arend are the significant good points who transforms Curtis Brumfield in the best spice. a film who escapes from the long chain of series about same recipes. and this is a real virtue.
damaris-639-686265 body of proof had some very good episodes that were full of fun and mystery but then it started to go downhill a bit from there. i still watch body of proof because it is very interesting and gives you new perspectives on crime shows. body of proof was on the top of the hill but then it started to slide down a bit but luckily with a great cast and enough mystery to keep fans watching, body of proof has a strong hold on the hill to keep from tumbling down and hopefully with a bit more interesting stuff, body of proof will be able to reach the top of the hill again. other then that i think that body of proof is a great show filled with mystery and plenty of funny moments to keep the audience watching. by far i am pretty sure that with such a good plot and characters, body of proof should be safe to go for another season.
dangermouse-4 I can't.I'm a big fan of Dana Delany and Jeri Ryan and an even bigger fan of women in tight skirts and teetering designer high heels. Yet even the obvious love affair shown by the show's creators, directors and wardrobe people for my fetish for these things doesn't save it.The writing is just god-awful terrible at times. It's every cliché in the book, followed by stilted dialogue, followed by completely unbelievable scenarios, followed by stupefyingly lack of knowledge of police and crime scene procedure. An example of the latter... a murder victim is discovered in a house and yet for some reason the first responders don't search the rest of the house and so the ME and crew stumble upon it later?!? The second victim was in plain view in another part of the house! The two victims are husband and wife, last known to be in the house. The first victim was killed in horrific fashion. And yet they discover the other victim only when they happen to barely hear the buzz of her cell phone when the son (who's also there with our forensic team) calls her (for the umpteenth time). I mean, wtf?!? And don't get me started on the cliché of every time our main character gets intimately involved with someone that the phone rings. Writers please take note. Can we just never have that happen again in any movie or show? Those are just a couple of examples. I could go on and on.I'm torn about the almost certain cancellation of this shown. I mean have you seen Jeri Ryan in a little black dress? Or Dana Delany prancing down the hall in 5 inch heels and seamed stockings no less? Truly sublime. And the beauty of it there's no in-show reason for this completely unsuitable for work attire. I'm dying to know who is behind the wardrobe involved and the lingering camera shots devoted to the outfits and fab footwear. It's got to be more than one person involved. It's just too bad the rest of the show pretty much sucks.
Vique78 This is a good decent show but is in serious need of recasting IMO.The character Peter is completely lame, he could have been played by a woman there is nothing manly about this character and trying to make him out to be a ladies man is absurd and nauseating. This actor has the sex-appeal of a baked potato and looks like a human version of Shrek. No I am not buying whatever it is they the writers are selling there not one bit. The hottie Dani should not be making out with an old castrate like Peter that is so wrong on so many levels.Dr. Curtis another female character played by a man? What is he doing there and what is it that the writers think he can add to this show? Get rid off him or re-write the character he is too much of a weak old woman to fit into this show.Det. Bud, no no no. Where are the handsome men in this series? Where there no male actors with their cojones and hair intact available for casting of this show?? I understand this is a show targeted to fit middle-aged ladies but that doesn't mean they do not want to be entertained and to look and real men and interesting characters. As for the rest of the show and cast: brilliant! I love it and will keep following it unless the sight of Peter drives me to claw my eyes out of throw the TV out the window.
