After seeing the initial passion and romance fade into a series of routine and boring relationships, Alexandre (Vincent Perez) concludes that romance ends when sex enters into a relationship. Determined to prevent this from happening with his latest love-interest—a sexy young woman named Fanfan (Sophie Marceau)—he decides that platonic love is the solution. Despite the wonderful, romantic, and inventive ways Alexandre finds for them to spend time together, Fanfan is left disappointed by his refusal to make love to her. Their exciting relationship becomes jeopardized by Alexandre's unwillingness to change his new approach to love.

VeteranLight I don't have all the words right now but this film is a work of art.
Voxitype Good films always raise compelling questions, whether the format is fiction or documentary fact.
Matho The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.
Francene Odetta It's simply great fun, a winsome film and an occasionally over-the-top luxury fantasy that never flags.
paid in full If you are not familiar with French movies, this will amaze you. Even if you are, this piece is unique. It touches you in many ways. To imagine that a love story like that could happen to you brings goosepumps...makes you dream that this is how your life should be. All characters in this film are likable. Overall the this movie is light meaning not too serious in its presentation but it still goes straight to the heart. And the music is good. 1000 bravo.
dafunmaker The movie is about two people who are intrinsically attracted to each other and they try to find ways to make it happen.I had seen some parts of the movie in a clip, which was about an impossible love and the idea of one-side mirror intrigued me a lot. I searched a lot to find this movie. The more I tried to find the more I felt attracted to the movie. It made me wonder about the plot. Fortunately, It came out just great. The protagonist's passion and desire to preserve his pure love, feelings for the beautiful Fanfan made me question "love" again. You need to see this movie with an original love epic. Sophie Marceu will enchant you with her beauty and innocence.
JasonT413 I really enjoyed this quirky love story between the characters played by Vincent Perez and Sophie Marceau. The editing was quirky as well but fresh. Americans can't make funny love stories like this one. They try hard but fall flat on their faces. I admit there are some indulgent scenes but maybe only one or two. Overall, it is a fun film to watch. Vincent Perez is ever so watchabel as is Sophie Marceau, needless to say. Fun film and vibrant.
ram-11 This is definitely one of the most beautiful romantic films I've seen. Marceau is adorable in her role. She is the image of beauty and love herself. A night with the woman you love, dancing in a place you've never been, loving as you've never loved. Love at first, second and every sight. I consider this movie a classic, for what it means, for those who believe in true love.
