Nessieldwi Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.

Hrutka Pal As my summary says it, this is pretty much the worst movie I have ever seen. Yes, I know it's a kids-flick, but that doesn't change anything. What's the worst, I can't believe Leslie Nielsen took part in this. What was he thinking? The whole story is just ridiculous, the 'jokes' incredibly bad, not to mention the acting. You could pretty much see the background actors didn't really know what was going on, it was a mess. If you want to watch a trash-movie, this is a must-see, cause you'll laugh all the time. But if you don't want to watch this as a trash-movie,this flick is a complete waste of time, electricity and your mind. Don't watch this.

mustangboy66 You have to watch this movie realizing that it's a goofy comedy, and that's what it's meant to be. If you are watching it for it martial arts value, then you might be confused at best. Laugh at it, it's funny. If you watch it with kids, it's helpful. The characters are likable, and it is every bit quote-able as a movie like Caddyshack. What's cool is, that people don't know this movie like Caddyshack or Stripes or The Blues Brothers or Spinal Tap. So, you and your friends should watch Surf Ninjas over and over-learn it, know it, live it. Then when you are in public, you can quote it, and people will think that you are clever, and not just guys who sit around watching the same movies over and over so that you can memorize all of the famous lines and quote them word for word. Buy this movie. Trust me.

itsonlyafleshwound How could anyone not like this? well, I can definitely see the people who have a stick up their butt and don't enjoy randomness not liking this movie. but COME ON.every single time i watch this movie, i crack up in hysterics. i quote it ALL THE TIME. yes, i am a nerd. but that's okay.so: if you haven't seen it, definitely get on that. Everyone should see it. now. plus, it has rob Schneider! how awesome! Pure genius. oh, and if you want to be a MAJOR nerd like me, watch ninja turtles II (the people version). johnny is in it! Surf ninjas= the most awesome movie ever.

crowster What more can you say about this movie? it's got everything! Cheesy effects, parachute pants, a game gear that kicks peoples butts. This movie is obviously for kids, but if you want a good laugh then i suggest watching this film. I was also very surprised to see Rob Schnieder, he definitely made his mark when he did this movie...he has amazing human skills. I loved the parachute pants. I think i might have seen M.C Hammers name somewhere in the credits (stop! hammer time!) Anyways, this film had me in tears. The effects were brutal! I think they might have shot this whole film behind a blue screen, i'm not sure though....The best part of this movie was when the kid hopped into the jeep and ran over the army dudes. First off all the jeep was stick and i don't think a 10 year old can drive manual. Another thing that bothered me was that he was going so slow I don't know how the guys didn't see it coming. Like, he must have been only going 5 clicks..if that. Army dudes when are you going to learn? I also liked how he still had time to say a catchy phrase, get his surfboard posse in the jeep, and then drive away with out being hit by a single bullet. I think it might have had something to do with Rob Schnieder being on the back of the jeep. He probably used his sweet acting skills to block the bullets telepathically. Man, he's good! In conclusion I recommend this move for kids because it has all the right elements that I child would love to see in a film. Now, for the parents or anyone over the age of 18 I think you should really consider watching this movie as a slap stick comedy. Amazing job by the director and cheers to anyone who was a part in making this film. I look forward to seeing sequel.
