bal-player I will admit that I jumped when the "spirits" or whatever just appeared out of no where but you know what??? The best part of this movie is when it was OVER!!!!!!! I wasted my Halloween movie night on this crap - tastic movie and guess what?? I wasn't scared. period... I will sleep well tonight knowing that I will never ever EVER put myself through this crap again.. Waste of my time, but of course I had to finish it because I started it. The whole movie summed up... Husband cheats. Wife finds out. Couple fight. Husband kills wife. Husband wants to discard wife's body. Travels to lake. During travel, Husband sees "spirits" of wife and Japanese girl friend. Freaks out and horrible acting btw.Runs out of gas. Eventually gets gas and continues to lake. Sees more "spirits" and drives faster. Gets to lake and throws dead wife into lake. Comes to conclusions that Girlfriend seen murder. Races back to Girlfriends house. Kills Girlfriend. Uses chainsaw. Smokes a cigarette. Answers door. Sees both dead wife and girlfriend at door. Goes into mental breakdown. Reality the two dead women are in fact two male police officers. <<< Actually that last part made the entire group of girls LMAO.... There... do not waste your time!!!!

tek8738 i give this movie a one only because you can't put zeros or halves if i could i would sue the writer, director, actors, and everyone else involved in this film's production for the time in my life this movie took away. I could (and am working on)write much better and I can act much better than them too. I have nothing against low budget movies but this movie isn't low budged, it's nonexistent budget. No blood, no gore, no plot, no meaningful dialouge, no acting that doesn't suck more than anything i've ever seen (and i've seen some really bad acting), no climax, no anything at all which makes a movie bearable.I would've stopped watching it by halfway through but I thought it might improve by the end, it didn't and it sucked throughThis is truly a horror movie...but not in a good way, the horror is in the fact that it was actually made and you are watching it

trina1979 This movie, thankfully, was rented on DVD and I only had to pay a rental fee. Really bad acting, very stupid storyline and overall just poor. If you must see this film, luckily you'll get to rent it. I just wish Hollywood would come up with a great horror/ghost movie that will be worthwhile and not so poorly made. Movies like the Others and the Sixth Sense were pretty good. This movie had nothing to do with a real "highway" just a country road leading to a lake. The guy-"Greg" kept looking over his shoulder while driving (stupid) I don't know about you, but driving country roads is bad enough when you pay attention, somehow he kept the car going straight the whole time and didn't miss a beat. The only good actors in this film were the two African American cops-they actually tried to do a good job. Overall, skip this one and enjoy something else!!

Jimbo This is possibly the worst movies of all time. I've seen some bad movies, and this one is a killer. Every film school in the world should make their students watch this movie as a perfect example of how you should not make a movie! How anyone could make a movie this bad I honestly don't know. When a studio is in production, how could they actually let this one through the screening process? Couldn't they see how bad it was? Bad and almost non-existent story line and terrible acting on almost everyones part. I've given this a one out of ten, but thats only because the rating system provides that as the lowest possible rating. I think IMDb should change their rating system to go between -10 and 10, the zero mark being the just barely watchable rating. If that were the case this would probably get a rating of around -8, as its a complete waste of time, and it actually hurt my brain to continue watching this at around the 20 minute mark.
