Thrown naked into a desolate room with thirteen strangers, Tonya discovers that she is the final contestant in a deadly game. Restrained by lethal electronic collars, the players must utilize hints and tools from a box marked "pieces" to find both an exit and the reason for their abduction. One by one the players are eliminated as their "curfew" begins and the lights go out. With each dead body comes another clue, which they use to discover that one of them is the killer. The question is ... which one?

brett_kyle74 While this movie wasn't truly as abysmal as many reviewers have previously stated, it wasn't really a great movie. The overall plot had serious potential, but could have used a bit more development. It was just seriously lacking in some places. I won't even comment about "Saw" or "Cube" rips offs like so many have done. Movies take ideas from other movies every day. How many times has the doomsday scenario been done? Some did it well, some did not. If you go into this movie with the mindset that it's going to be somewhere along the same lines as "Saw", "Cube", and all the other movies that use this premise, you'll be one step ahead. You must also realize that it isn't going to deliver as well as those movies. The premise is fairly vague and the ending doesn't offer much in the way of closure or even comprehension of what just transpired. The acting was actually quite good, with minimal exceptions. After seeing it, you'll be able to draw your own conclusions as to whom those exceptions might be. I wouldn't say run out and rent this movie ASAP, but if you have a chance to watch it (and don't have much else better to do), it should offer a little bit of entertainment. It is your choice.
Ashman711711 CONTAINS SPOILERS****************************************************The setup while nothing original (especially in the low budget movie market) had possible potential. yet the characters mostly all seemed extremely one dimensional for the duration of the film. whiny expandable #1 #2 I'm a recovering this or that. Creepy Guy, Pc version of black guy, the non PC projects Black guy so we know the movie is edgy, the I'm not anyone's friend, the jerk, the smart guy who has his head together, our seemingly main "protagonist"then there's the game itself, a warehouse riddled with hidden clues and items that don't seem to fit together at first and really don't actually until later in the game(way later) so how could the characters have pieced anything together at all? (hell they never used the damn rope for anything constructive)then the game has blackout periods where one of them is killed off each time. this only serves as a way to neatly kill them off without such annoying nuisances as actual Plot Devices.all in all it's not the worst movie I've ever witnessed but man does it have major flaws to it. Spoiler alert ahead *******************************so basically what the hell is the message of the film? is it some kind of sociological experiment? did anyone realize the game is rigged/fixed from the very beginning? Honestly I think the writers lost steam and didn't know a proper way to finish or were hoping with the ambiguous end that they could squeeze out a sequel, or perhaps they just thought they were actually being intellectual. if you want a goofy flick with no payoff and to feel cheated by the end watch this. if you want something that's kinda clever, watch the first Saw or first Cube movies.
nysalesman100-1 This movie starts off well enough but quickly fizzles into a chaos of frustration. The "dark" scenes are obviously faux in order for the viewer to see in the dark - even though there's nothing to see; so just making it true dark with sound would have been far more suspenseful. Even though the acting was quite good, this type of movie is supposed to be a thriller (put together the pieces and figure it out). True thrillers, by true masters like Hitchcock, give you all the clues and put them together in a way that you don't follow for a surprising twist at the end. However, they don't cheat by changing the rules of the universe they've created. Conversely, this movie totally cheats and changes the rules as it goes along. For instance it was easy to figure that Tanya being the final contestant (and as the tape says the most important), and also the least threatening, is the killer. However, they show her listening to a tape in the bathroom as if she's one of the contestants when in fact she's later revealed to be in on the experiment and a planted killer. So, why then would she need to listen to a tape by herself to explain what's going on? This is just lazy writing. I've written a book with far more twists and didn't have to resort to cheap tricks like this, so why couldn't the writers of this movie? The ending was also very disappointing, they go through the trouble of showing you the people perpetrating the torture but don't explain who they are or why; as such it would have been better if they just ended the movie five minutes earlier when Tanya turns out the light. Heck, the entire movie would have been worthwhile if Tanya (Ailsa Marshall) has shown her cans when she was stripping at the end but you don't even get that for closure (what "B" movie horror actress refuses to show nudity?) The movie is worth a watch but don't expect it to be anything new or to make any sense.
MissLucifer666 I'm a huge Saw fan and don't think that a movie is only good if it has special effects for example The Shinnig (with jack Nicolshon). I had high expectations of this movie because I like such "game" movies, but it's just boring. I wouldn't say its a ripoff from Saw, because Saw has a certain meaning in the game he plays, in this movie you just don't know why they are killed, they just end up dead each on their turn...thats' basically it. For people who love movie where the actors end up dead, with no real story, it surely will be good, but for people who like Saw or 13th game of dead etc it'll be just boring...And the ending well...in my eyes it makes it worse. And please don't compare it with Saw!! It just don't look like it! For people who like game movie with not to much "violence" it's probably a good movie, but this movie just stain other good movies like...yes Saw or Cube or 13th game etc..Two words: meaningless and boring!
