Spectacular!If you don't like the music group New Edition, You will love them after watching this movie!!!The young cast as fans affectionately call the little's,set the bar for the older cast to take over the screen! Affectionately and appropriately called black boy joy,these talented men portray the original members to the T!!!I'm a new fan of them all!They did the original members of New Edition proud! The singing and dance routines were phenomenal!! The entire cast was pure perfection,particularly the actresses that portrayed their single moms.I grew up being fans of the original group and I longed for the day to see this biopic because it was well deserved. Happy that all members still alive to see it.See This movie, and feel good about multi talented people on screen and off!! NE FOR LIFE!!!

It's amazing to see where they are now and all that the have overcome.

I love New Edition anyway for the music and now I feel like I know them as individuals and I love them more for sharing their story. The fact that these guys are still around and performing is amazing. It is so wonderful to see entertainers honored while they are still alive. It just makes it so much better. I am eagerly waiting for a new album and I was thrilled when I watched them get their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame to hear Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis announce that they wanted to record a new album with the guys!!! This is going to be great!!Congratulations Rizz, Slick, Biv, Ron, JG and Bob, I love you all!!!!!!!!!!!! AND I must say, Rizz you are still my "Mack"....

Adarsh Bohra The New Edition Story was not a perfect TV show, but it was a perfect TV experience. It had just about every piece that a miniseries like that needs to have to make it feel weighty and worthwhile.It probably didn't hurt that the members of the group were producers on the miniseries. It has the ideal music group story line,It has the perfect group for this kind of thing,It has the neat little movie nerd tidbits in there. When It Was Over It felt like I'd been shoved out of a plane. I was 100 percent not expecting to feel that way about New Edition. Or any sort of way, really. It was right then that I realized how hard the show had worked to get to that point, and to draw out that specific response. It got me.I liked The New Edition Story a lot. Again: I didn't realize I felt that way until it was almost over — until it was almost too late, I suppose. But I guess that makes sense. And that might've even possibly been the point.
