Reviews

Moustroll Good movie but grossly overrated
Reptileenbu Did you people see the same film I saw?
Glucedee It's hard to see any effort in the film. There's no comedy to speak of, no real drama and, worst of all.
Zandra The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.
jonas-ua This is a great and funny show and a true tour the force by robin Williams, but also a strong showing from Sarah Michelle Gellar as well as Hamish Linklater. I see it as a series that may take over from such comedies as HIMYM. This is a series where Robin Williams returns to his comedy to the likes of Patch Adams and flubber. Sarah Michelle gellar proves that she does have some comedy chops even with many really bad movies behind her. Maybe this will be her triumphant return to the spotlight since Buffy. Hamish Linklater should only take such roles as this as he is a perfect fit for them. All in all it just works, and That is why it'll probably get cancelled, because the funniest shows usually do. Watch this if you liked better of Ted, as it may go the same way.
nkimble-701-442939 I just watched the Breakfast Burrito Club episode I had DVR'ed, and died laughing at Hamish Linklater. This shows plays off of his quirkiness perfectly, and I think he stole this episode. (I loved him with the ducklings too.) I never, ever want to watch a show over again, but this one I rewound and watched his "tether ball squad" line again! I am so glad he is in a show again, and especially one that works so well with his personality. I couldn't have loved him more in this. I think Robin Williams is perfect here. He can be overboard, but does this series really well and I am thoroughly enjoying this show. I have grown tired of so much of the TV that is out right now, but this is a real winner in my book. CBS- you better keep this one!
ptich-mali It is the show we needed! We were waiting for this! Robin is excellent, Sarah is magnificent, every bit is just what we all were looking for! It is the NEXT BIG thing! The bloopers in the end are nice touch, because we see the actors as they are...goofy and unhindered! Especially Robin! Excellent show, so funny, I actually slipped off my chair! Only hope is that they keep up the good work and carry on entertaining us, and cannot wait for the next episode. The way they slip some juicy stuff, but in a mild and civil way. So that even your kids can sit and watch with you. Bottom line it is the show that everybody in the family can enjoy and, most importantly, laugh their socks out.
Zubacz I don't quite understand where the low rating comes from. I thought this show delivered very good comedy. There is some cheesy humour, but there are also great metaphors and references to films. I found a lot of the dialogue to be smart and well written. Robin Williams carries most of the comedic value, as can be expected. It often seems a lot in his scenes is spontaneous, which works out great. Sarah Michelle Gellar does not deliver many laughs on her own, and her acting seems a bit stiff, but then again this demeanor fits her character. The other cast fit well, although it's difficult to get used to Hamish Linklater in a role so different than in Newsroom. Overall, definitely one of the better comedy shows on TV.
