Reviews

GamerTab That was an excellent one.
Crwthod A lot more amusing than I thought it would be.
Sarita Rafferty There are moments that feel comical, some horrific, and some downright inspiring but the tonal shifts hardly matter as the end results come to a film that's perfect for this time.
Cheryl A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.
KFilmmaker I think this should be a half hour show not an one long show. They need to stick with the facts of the show. I do not care who is sleeping with whom and for them to put that much sex into the first episode kind of waters down the story line. I also found it very offensive the two lead characters who are black would sleep with whomever without the first degree of a relationship. The story is about the crime not the escapades of the two lead characters. If they focused on the crime and left out all the other b.s. it would be a much better story. Tristin Wilds does a great job playing his character even though I am not real sure why he would be the only black cop in what is suppose to be a racist police department. Helen Hunt, I am not sure as really do not know whether she is a good character or bad character as some of the writing is a bit confusing, but we know Richard Dreyfuss plays a bad character in cahoots with Helen Hunt. The opening sequence with the police line tape in the form of the flag is unique. I also find the filming location interesting - North Carolina. All in all okay show, but wish they got rid of all the sex and extra martial affairs who cares, stick to the story at hand.
kimsuccess This show is great! Great actors, directors, story line, music, everything! It is refreshing to see Black people on TV in multiple roles. We are not one dimensional. The first few episodes have twists and turns that everyone may not understand or recognize. The script is flipped on race (in many areas) so that everyone can see these injustices from both sides of the aisle.Black people see the white version and whites see the Black version. It is definitely an activity of walking in your fellow American's shoes. Also, people that are newcomers to these talented actors and directors should definitely look them up and see their bodies of work. This is no ones first rodeo! These are veterans working on this 10 hour series. This group, along with cameos, have made some classic hit cinema over the decades.Lastly, I am not surprised by the haters in the reviews here. To me, these are people that are stuck in their ways and are not trying to see the world through different sets of eyes. Blacks and others have had to watch MOST TV through white people's eyes and they expect us to be happy for it. Now you have a show like this that is finally putting Black people in a humane and more realistic light and they can't handle it.This world is changing and white is not the only right, anymore!!!
Stephen Garlick This show is terrible. First...why attempt to provoke the anti Law enforcement community even more? This is an attempt at spurring the "race war" and undermining LE even further. Totally fictional and made up reality of what really happens. I can't believe Fox has stooped this low. So disappointed. Also, terrible acting and terribly written. Shame on you Fox.
ilsemouse A show to further fuel the anti-cop mentality and add to racial tensions. Had to turn the channel after 20 minutes, after the horrible diatribe on cops murdering unarmed blacks. There is enough hatred in the world without Hollywood adding fuel to the fire. I won't waste my time watching.
