Tayloriona Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
Josephina Great story, amazing characters, superb action, enthralling cinematography. Yes, this is something I am glad I spent money on.
sirvira-52824 I love this movie it's different from other zombie movies see the other people who talking crap about the movie is a hater cause they mad cause that ain't in a movie and plus the movie is mostly a survival movie they was focus on the characters then the zombies and that's good in away I love the story these other people out here are hating so all the actor's was good so and yep they are making a sequel so I'm get ready for it and plus Harrison Smith did a good job on the movie I liked everything about some people are use to like other zombie movies cause of more gore and seeing people getting ripped to shredds well I can careless what other people think of the movie cause it haves a great story and that's what people be missing out on in Zombie movies and I can't wait till the sequel comes and Michael kean he a good actor I don't know why people are hating on him for at least he making money I'm just looking for it to the Sequel I know the sequel will be good as the first one
thescifisideoflife 2 words: Billy ZaneThis movie is obviously trying to cash in on the only somewhat familiar actor in this woefully terrible cast. Apart from the slow moving story, its poor attempt at character development and one of the stupidest sequences I've seen in ANY zombie movie (Mutant/Zombie jumping fish...try saying that with a straight face), it's just....boring!The acting is so low key and bland, that it hardly registers. The dialogue, although having some decent moments, is for the most part just monotone and forced. The make-up effects are somewhat half decent, disregarding a few moments where the zombies looked like they had run through a jam factory and stolen all the free samples they could.I'd watch this once and just forget about it, it's alright if you need something to pass the time.
Joel Waite Despite the very low rating and the other reviews, this was MUCH better than many low budget zombie movies. A minimum of 'dumb blond' moments! Little 'bad acting' that one expects. Little of that fake fighting we've learned to expect. It has decent acting, multiple story lines, a good score, and a somewhat unique story. If you're not looking for wild zombie action out of the block, then the story builds up in a regular fashion.Don't listen to the nay-sayers, this one is worthy of a look.I believe that it deserves at least a 5.0 rating, if not better.
jamdifo When I recognized the first 3 actors in this cast, Mischa Barton, Billy Zane, and Dee Wallace, I thought there must be a decent attempt at making a good zombie movie. Wrong! All 3 had forgettable performances and the only shocking thing (not really because I didn't care) was all 3 died before the final 10 minutes (not counting the credits). Some of the main ingredients for a good zombie film are good-looking gory zombies, special effects, people getting eaten, and ZOMBIES! There's hardly any zombies till the end of the movie, and you hardly see any of them up close. The ones you do are lame. The worst looking zombie in The Walking Dead is far superior to any zombie in this movie. The makeup stinks, effects are non-existent (except for lame headshots), and not one good zombie munching scene. This movie is boring and lacks any qualities of a good zombie movie. Bad acting performances all around, but the worst by a landslide is Michael Kean. The guy can't act and he's annoying. I would've given this movie 2 stars if he got killed. The doc played by Brian Anthony Wilson looks like Uncle Phil from the Prince of Bel-Air. This movie is only for hardcore zombie fans who will waste 90 minutes of their life.
