Fairaher The film makes a home in your brain and the only cure is to see it again.
Salubfoto It's an amazing and heartbreaking story.
Jenna Walter The film may be flawed, but its message is not.
Haven Kaycee It is encouraging that the film ends so strongly.Otherwise, it wouldn't have been a particularly memorable film
hellholehorror This was not as good as the second by a long way. In fact it was bordering on boring. There wasn't enough violence, it moved too slowly and there wasn't enough dancing. It does complete the trilogy except the fourth one that Toxie mentions in this film. Worth making time for if you have seen the first two and want to finish the story. It is a deliberately bad movie.
Leofwine_draca THE TOXIC AVENGER PART III: THE LAST TEMPTATION OF TOXIE is the third in the long-running Troma series of trash movies about the mutant hero. I still get a kick out of remembering the kid's TV show TOXIC CRUSADERS that I used to watch which was based on these very adult movies.I suppose you know what you're getting with a film like this: lots of inanity, silly special effects, and outrageous gore sequences, with a bare plot to hold it all together. An early massacre scene in a video store of all places is one of the best moments but it's all downhill from that point in. The story, if you can call it that, sees Toxie lured to the dark side to work for an evil corporation, and you can guess what happens. If you're a fan of Troma's own special brand of rubbery fun then you might enjoy this film, but I imagine most film fans will be hard pressed to find anything to like about it. The overacting really is difficult to watch at times and the constant assault on the senses is somewhat overwhelming. Still, some of the silly humour works at times, so it's not all bad.
trashgang So many fans didn't like part 3 but just look what really is going on. It was shot as a very long flick and has been divided in part 2 and 3, so it explains why we go back to Tokyo at the end and why part 3 starts were 2 ended. For me part 2 was a bit boring and stupid but part 3 is a whole lot different. There's no nudity to see what is rather strange for a Troma flick (if you don't count bodypainting to it), one moment, Claire goes nude but not that there's anything to see like in part 2.The gore is left out but there are 2 moments worth picking up and let be that the thing that makes it worth seeing. The melting of Toxie and the destroying of the devil. It's pure gore but not like in part & and 2 were we had another kind of gore. The story is of course dull and a lot of blah blah is going on. Not your typical horror as it isn't really a horror. But for me better then part 2.Gore 1,5/5 Nudity 0/5 Effects 2/5 Story 2/5 Comedy 1/5
sebaveron2001 Monster mash sequels, who the hell needs them, not me. In one of the most laughably boring (though you may be too bored to laugh) films ever, not so much a spoof as a rip off that sends itself up, it obviously doesn't take itself seriously enough and that proves costly and it ends up being one of those films that you remember wanting to see to give a bad rating and say you'd seen it, you walk away like you have been completely and utterly un-enthralled, (which is how you will feel after watching this), pure trash, only for the simple minded! Utter Trash*/****
