Brendon Jones It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.
Murphy Howard I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
Donald Seymour This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
Zlatica One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.
dbdumonteil The seventies were Robert Charroux's heyday. His books about the E.T. who would have lived on earth a long time ago,the mysterious past, all that was part of the French zeitgeist.Even Hergé released a Tintin under Charroux's control "Vol 714 pour Sydney" (Flight 714)."Les soleils..." is Pierre Kast 's -perhaps unintentional- tribute to the writer. The "guests " arrive two by two, three by three,or alone .They're gathering on Easter Island :something very mysterious will happen. The statues were a sign which only initiated persons could decipher. Then IT happens.THEY are here and ready for contact. But as usual,if it's not successful ,blame it on man's nature.Let's hope the waiting will not take too long before the next opportunity.Odd and unique movie;deserves to be seen.
