TrueHello Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.
Anoushka Slater While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.
Tobias Burrows It's easily one of the freshest, sharpest and most enjoyable films of this year.
Lela The tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.
allwync-93228 I'm not a christian but this flick came off very well made from my viewing. Great acting. Good story flow. Good special EFX.. what more could you want in a sci fi? I'm really glad I didn't go by the ratings many gave it and watched for myself. I think if you enjoy a good story with a lil suspense though not scary suspense this is a good watch.
religioneliminator This movie could have been awesome if not for the religious crap trying to brainwash you all the time.Don't listen to the religious freaks crowd, they are simply defending their own crap. It is sad to see the religious freaks now entering movies and trying to recruit new victims with their propaganda. Simply disgusting and LOW.If their god would see them he would be very angry that they use such subterfuge to recruit more souls. If the religious babble doesn't bother you, this movie is tolerable and even interesting. Would have been a lot better without the constant brainwashing. (They don't see it, it's their belief, but for people that don't share this belief, it is VERY annoying, just like the JW ringing your door on Sundays!!)
amiemeldrum If you enjoy movies that are of the end of days, this movie is for you. It doesn't have scripture written all over the screen as it isn't biblical. It's just a movie based on what could happen. It starts out at a wedding and everything starts too fall apart from there. They never really show what the flying creatures look like but they are scary enough they don't have to. Basically, God knows our heart of hearts and so does Satan. This movie reflects where peoples hearts are and what the consequences are for that decision. There will be nowhere too hid. I think the writers and directors did an excellent job with the movie. I have and would recommend this to others.
Jeffrey Burton I wish I could have given this steaming piece of sh!t a negative 1000 scratch that, INFINITY to counter all the idiots that gave it enough to get 4.3 stars. The twisted agenda of this horrid piece of fire and brimstone ranting turns the Almighty into a relentless super serial killer whose only purpose is to TORTURE THE WICKED. This is exactly the kind of 'I can kiss God's Ass into Heaven' b.s. the religious right is always try to shove down everyone's throat. And it's intent is to SCARE you into doing so. I'm sorry but I believe that trying to live according to the tenants of Jesus is far more important than fawning servitude and true spirituality can't be beaten into you by instilling terror. In a sense this movie did convince me that there is a God because it is most certainly the work of the Devil.
