Onlinewsma Absolutely Brilliant!
Tayloriona Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.
Zlatica One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.
Billy Ollie Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
danteberrios-29823 Let's put this as simply as possible: this movie is the much-needed mainstream version of the novel. While Tim Curry's portrayal of the dancing clown had us cheering for IT to win, this version gives you a lovable gang of kids who steal the show. No disrespect to Bill Skarsgard, but he is, after all, playing the villain. It takes an INCREDIBLY powerful performance to sway the audience into supporting such an evil being, and he fell short of that mark, albeit mostly because of the great kids. Nice scares, good story.
hacker_jus_07 I really don't know why this movie get 7 start , i suggest this movie for kid!!
goudelock It, has become one of the most popular horror movies of all time and it was good but didn't reach the hype who create.Everyone loves remakes so the box office reach an amount over half billion. The creators of the film did good job and the screenplay was fine but it wasn't scary enough and some scenes wasn't needed.
keerthi-emb 1. It's not scary. 2. When kids don't act like kids, it's stupid. 3. doesn't even have a proper story-line -- loosely bound with a lot of no common sense stuff.Except for looking good with graphics, all the time we keep praying that there would be some thread that would tie all this nonsense together to make us feel better in the end -- but it's flat nonsense. I'd personally prefer Jeepers Creepers over this, even the no graphic Conjuring 1 and 2 fare very well before this one. This over-hyped movie is a sheer disappointment. It hurts even more to know that this is just 'Chapter 1' of the nonsense. If there are anymore sequels past this, it would most definitely be a cumulative garbage of sorts since the main story holds no foundation of any sorts.
