Steineded How sad is this?
Usamah Harvey The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
Frances Chung Through painfully honest and emotional moments, the movie becomes irresistibly relatable
Philippa All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
Epic Gaming TV When I saw this movie as a kid, I LOVED it!! And I think it still kinda holds up today, yes it is a cheesy plot, but the idea of Special Agent Guinea Pigs is so cute to me.
Desiree "G-Force" was interesting in the way it was presented. It wasn't really like any other kids movie I have seen. But, in this case that wasn't a good thing. This was a very modern children's movie. There were a lot of computers in the movie and the world "download" was stated multiple times. "G-Force" mentioned global extinction, Facebook, it contained a lot of current cultural humor, and popular songs on today's radio were played throughout the movie.I am curious to know what age range this movie is aimed for. I felt it was an extensive plot for small children and there was a lot of flirting between the characters throughout the movie. But I'm not sure that ten-twelve year old kids are interested in a movie about guinea pigs. If it was aimed for small children I think it was definitely inappropriate."G-Force" was definitely too long. It was interesting and was full of good actors (people and voices) but I just didn't like it. It didn't do it for me. Something about it bothered me. Maybe it was that I didn't feel it was good for children. I think it was stuck between appealing to children and appealing to adults taking their children to the movies and just couldn't find its place.
glove27 Few words come to mind while trying to write about this particular piece of cinema. This is quite possibly the effect of actually watching the unfortunate burlesque that was G-Force. I will admit to having seen this movie under duress and out of obligation, which likely will have decreased the potential for enjoyment.A kid's movie isn't always meant to be a meaningful work of cinematic art. However, filling children with this meaningless dribble will lead more towards the stupid and thoughtless society of George Orwell's 1984. This movie had a budget of over 80 million dollars and more than tripled that in gross revenue. What does this say about today's society? It points towards a general decline of intelligence and as well as a decline in the ability to discern between that which is worthwhile and that which is detrimental. My last complaint is the music choice. Someone got paid too much for finding the songs featured. I could have saved them money and just directed them to billboard's hot 100. The music was an obvious and shameful attempt at pulling in the masses of popular media controlled adolescents.I want nothing further to do with this morbid bit of refuse.
miike7311 A fun movie for kids, not much adult appeal here. The comedy is childish, the storyline is simple and the effects are neat. Good kids movie though. I think it lost a lot with the "plot twist" but when the plot is so simple to begin with, a lot isn't much. The voice talents were good and Tracy Morgan has a voice that is both memorable and funny. Not worth spending a lot of money on but entertaining for kids if you've already seen Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs for the 10th time. If it wasn't for effects or the soundtrack I might have fallen asleep. Watching the kids being entertained by the movie was somewhat of a distraction.
