The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.

Jim carry and jeff daniels are not in this and i am glad they weren't in it because this would have ruined there career 's which brings me to the original actor's aren't in it those two had personality these guys who replaced them are horrible the acting is terrible the directing is bland and boring this movie is also very ugly but the biggest flaw is the humor since this was the two thousands comedy's were just nothing but gross out humor and this is a prime example

Haven't seen this movie for a couple of years. Watched Dumb and Dumber the other day then followed with Dumb and Dumber To,, so figured I'd finish the trilogy. Well,, if you like Dumb and Dumber,, you make like this movie, but it is sort of dumbed down, so to speak. Had some funny stuff, but kind of juvenile in terms of comedy. Although the other two aren't exactly sophisticated comedy. There was was funny stuff. The girl called Ching Chong and Lloyd trying to speak Chinese to her. Bob Saget was funny as Jessica's father. Small role but pretty funny. Also, Mimi Rogers should have been given an award for hottest mom or something. She really looked good in this. Other than that, it's back on the shelf. Maybe in a few years I will have forgotten what it's like and bring it out again.

Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd (2003): Dir: Troy Miller / Cast: Eric Christian Olsen, Derek Richardson, Eugene Levy, Cheri Oteri, Bob Saget: Title is a satire jab at When Harry Met Sally. That film regarded a chance encounter about time and relationships but this idiotic prequel to Dumb and Dumber gives endless vulgarity about stupidity. Lame setup regards Harry and Lloyd taught at home before being sent to high school. The principal plans to extort money and needs a fake special education class to pull it off. Embarrassing climax at a parade with director Troy Miller showing no skill. He previously directed Jack Frost and his talent hasn't improved here. Example of this regards the kidnapped girl who suddenly appears in the conclusion, or the chocolate smeared about the washroom that is mistaken for crap. Can they not smell the difference? This can be credited as a moment in Bob Saget's career that he will likely regret. Eric Christian Olsen and Derek Richardson attempt to fill shoes too big for them. The idea of a narrating regarding their upbringing and first encounter might have worked in hands that didn't belong to Miller. Eugene Levy and Cheri Oteri are wasted as a principal and secretary out to scam their way through life. This film proved to be dumber when you have people who confuse chocolate for sh*t. This film is a perfect example of the latter. Score: 1 / 10

Now this.. this is a load of garbage. The first Dumb and Dumber had me laughing so much, but this, I only got a few laughs out of this. I have to admit it was a pretty funny movie, at parts, but compared to the first movie, this was nothing. I'm surprised they decided to go and make this movie with out Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels. I never even heard of the actors who played Harry and Lloyd! The thing that irritated me the most was Euguene Levy. The whole movie turned into a drama after he was in it and took away from the whole point of the cartoonish comedy in the movie. He ruined the movie. This movie was nothing compared to the first. They should have not made this movie. And Dumb and Dumber To is coming out this year, and they aren't even counting this movie as the second! That's how bad it was. At least Dumb and Dumber To has the old actors in it and the same characters. Plus it is going to be a cross-country road trip. There is really no point in this movie. 3/10 because of how horrible this was compared to the first.
