Beystiman It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.
AutCuddly Great movie! If you want to be entertained and have a few good laughs, see this movie. The music is also very good,
AnhartLinkin This story has more twists and turns than a second-rate soap opera.
Guillelmina The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
PriscillaLeona We are absolutely shocked that Jackie Chan would ever be in a film this bad. Surely he read the horrible script before he accepted the role, right? Surely he or his management team did research on the Screenwriter, Director and Editor before they advised him to accept the role in this film because that's what they're being paid to do, right? Wrong!! If I were Jackie Chan I would fire everyone who let him accept the role in this truly horrible film. I can see that Jackie may have been too busy to read the script, but that's what his management team is supposed to do to help him maintain and/or elevate his screen credibility. We're huge Jackie Chan fans and although some of his past films were a little corny and hokey, you could depend on Jackie to carry the film with his stunts and excellent comedic timing for that film genre. But, there was nothing and I mean nothing that could ever save this film. Unfortunately, I can't ever trust Jackie's judgement in selecting his film projects. We're so upset we wasted our hard earned money on this did.
regstir-imdb Horrible horrible horrible movie ! Never have I cried this much for the sheer rottenness of a movie. Should teach me to watch dumb asian movies dubbed in English. Its a teenage ninja movie made with adult tones now and then. It was rated R so I was hoping for some maturity in the film but it had all the undertones of a 50s chinese karate flickIf not for JC I would not have wasted my time with this abominable trash that portrays itself as a film. Spoilers? There just cannot be any spoilers for this rotten excrement of HK/Oz/wherever the heck this amateur video was made.
Paul Magne Haakonsen There was no doubt about me sitting down to watch "Bleeding Steel" or not, because it is a Jackie Chan movie and I do like his movies quite a lot.I must admit that I am a little bit puzzled about the fairly low rating the movie has managed to receive on IMDb. Sure, it certainly wasn't among the best of Jackie Chan movies, not by a long shot, but it was still a rather fast-paced action-filled adventure that we all know and love from Jackie Chan. The movie had a rather simple storyline and it didn't really offer any plot twists along the way. And you knew the movie's outcome from early on in the movie, but it was still an enjoyable action ride to sit along on.The stunts are as always top notch from the king of stunts himself, Jackie Chan.As for the acting in the movie, well it was actually also fairly good for a type of this type and genre. There was a good combination of action and light comedy throughout the movie, as it is usually always the case with Jackie Chan movies. So you know what you are in for here when you watch it.It was amazing to see Jackie duke it out on top of the Opera building in Sidney, and that is something I never thought I would have seen. This is definitely a movie well-worth a place in the Jackie Chan collection. And if you haven't already seen it, and if you are a fan of Jackie Chan, then I strongly recommend that you find the time to do so.
Pouyanrz I loved the movie so much. Wonderful acting and marvelous story are the strengths of this movie. I wonder how some people rate this movie so low!!
