Scanialara You won't be disappointed!
Marketic It's no definitive masterpiece but it's damn close.
HeadlinesExotic Boring
Allison Davies The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
andy-16281 The people who are leaving 1 star are idiots, and only bad thing they have to say about it is "the shows fake" of course parts of the show are fake its reality tv, i really hope this show gets renewed for a 3rd season, the cast works very well together.
miltonmunster Same crap every time buy a place then it's oh no look at that how are we fix it in time & budget, then there's the one a manicured branch puts a perfect square hole in the roof. It's so stupidly staged & intolerably badly acted & predictable. Not taking anything away from the actual builders but I wouldnt buy anything things moronic pillocks had anything to do with, just terrible & the older one the bumbling so called builder couldn't even drive a tek screw in properly
weatherdon If the producer of this show ever falls sick then give me a call, I have the staged format down pat. In many shows one of the partners will say that thee house is too far gone to fool with, but of course they decide to flip it anyhow. A design feature is decided upon but then the "decorator" guy or someone else decides to go rogue and do something different and more costly without clearing it with the others and they are all upset when it happens, but at the end of the show they all agree it was a great idea. They always have to stage a mini crisis in order to cut to commercial, but most of these shows do this. An example of a Super Staged Crisis comes when the bald old guy drives up in a pickup truck with glass pieces in the back, He turns too sharply and the glass flies out and is all broken. Of course in this scene a camera just happens to be there shooting the street where the pickup truck is about to appear, think of the odds. Or they choose some expensive granite and when they are bringing it in to the house from outside they loose their grip and it breaks. Of course they are holding the granite upside down so that you can't see that it isn't the granite that was chosen at the store. The camera just happened to be outside there too. The one thing I like about the show is that is shot in Orlando. The original Flip or Flop with Christina and Tarek and Flipping Atlanta are the high water marks of the flipping shows. I would include Fixer Upper but Chip's chronic case of acting cutesy is really annoying.
SomeTeethNoHair I understand reality shows aren't real. But these people are bad actors trying (and failing) to act out some of the worst scripts I have seen. Viewers are lied to constantly and led to believe these four don't communicate to the point of tearing down walls that shouldn't have been torn down. Example: Tile that wasn't where it should have been in the tile store but was "miraculously" found sitting on a cart in the back of the store. How fortunate. Then these morons draped a tattered, hole- filled tarp across an entire house then acted (poorly) as if they were dismayed when they discovered the rain had gotten past their hole-filled tarp and soaked the wooden floor below. These are just examples of how lame the script and acting is on this show. It deserves less than 1 star.
