Synopsis

Young Lions was an Australian TV police drama broadcast on the Nine Network in 2002 and in Ireland on RTÉ Two.The series was based around the professional and private lives of four rookie detectives, the Young Lions, of South West 101, an inner city Sydney police station. The program rated poorly and was not renewed after its first season. Competition from other new drama series and several timeslot changes also contributed to the show's demise.

Wordiezett So much average
Moustroll Good movie but grossly overrated
GetPapa Far from Perfect, Far from Terrible
Scarlet The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
Natasha Great 'aussie cop show' that doesn't get the recognition it deserves. It's a lot better than most of the cop shows that seem to be infesting Australian TV right now, such as White Collar Blue, which has the same kind of basis - 2 guy detectives and 2 girl detectives partnered up (not as good as Young Lions). The acting is pretty good, especially from Alex Dimitriades and Tom Long. It probably won't continue for a second series because of bad treatment from the network it's on - if given a chance in an earlier time slot instead of being shoved to 10.30 after 2 weeks it may have been more popular.
