Reviews

Stevecorp Don't listen to the negative reviews
Invaderbank The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.
BelSports This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
Roxie The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
lauriefisher-558-899756 I don't think I've ever written a review for IMDb, but I felt compelled after reading a couple of unpleasant reviews. It you don't like fantasy and romantic comedies, you probably won't appreciate it. I liked everything about it.; the story, the actors, the characters, the special effects, the scenery, the cinematography, the comedy, and the music. I understand that there are people that don't like K-dramas, just like I don't like gore/violent movies that have no point, but if you enjoy fantasy/love stories, this one will captivate you.
phoenix 2 Unfortunately, even though I love Nam joo Hyuk as an actor, this time, he didn't pull it off. Or maybe, the whole drama didn't. It reminded me of a cheap attempt to recreate the big hit Goblin, BUT this one didn't have the story nor the premises to do so. The special effects were okay, but the cinematography weak, just like the romance. The couple didn't have chemistry and the ending was just...too cheesy. Actually, after the tenth episode and inwards, the drama got boring. It was kind of uninteresting to begin with, because the theme of a supernatural being coming to earth to live with the humans and learn how to behave may have work hilariously with the "The legend of the blue sea" and "My girlfriend is a nine tailed fox", but not in this case. Finally, the side story with the semi god was okay, but lost it's charm after a while as they just blew everything out of proportion and they couldn't handle it in the end. The performances were just okay, lastly, but the leading lady's character was kind of annoying and all over the place, with her economical problems and her practice that was shut down numerous of times during the drama. I don't know if the actual manhwa is better, but this one didn't come through, so 3 out of 10.
RoysR123 Come on, this has to be one of the most unoriginal plots for K-dramas these days, a troubled girl destined to fall for goblin, ghost, god and thousands of other mystical supernatural creatures manifested in human form and over here, it's no different. our female lead is a Psychiatrist who's facing financial crisis, also she's the descendant of people who served the handsome water god and our handsome water god behaves like a spoiled teen going through puberty with a fat Pikachu servant besides him, also there's a yandere goddess who's an idol now, she secretly loves our handsome water god. what i'm saying, I'm done Kdrama.
