Synopsis

Ouran High is a school for the extremely wealthy or, in Haruhi's case, the extremely talented. But no amount of talent will help when Haruhi accidentally drops an eight million yen vase in a music room. The vase was the property of Ouran High School Host Club, a group of attractive young men who, for a fee, provide their time and affections for their lovesick clientele: the female students. Fascinated by this strange new specimen, a poor and clumsy commoner, they force Haruhi to work for them until the debt is repaid; but they get a lot more than they bargained for...

Cubussoli Very very predictable, including the post credit scene !!!
Dotsthavesp I wanted to but couldn't!
Huievest Instead, you get a movie that's enjoyable enough, but leaves you feeling like it could have been much, much more.
Aiden Melton The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.
cheatersquad This hilarious teen comedy can keep you laughing for hours. They talk about things that many shows don't, and may seem inappropriate to some viewers. It mostly stays in a comedic setting, however, so nothing should be taken to heart very much. The theme song is very catchy and can get stuck in your head for a while.
Insomniac Panda This is one of the first animes I had ever watched- I do not regret it!**SPOILERS FROM HERE ON OUT**It is about how Haruhi Fujioka, a "Commoner" in the eyes of the school, has to pay off an 8,000,000 Yen debt to a host club, including an idiot "king" called Tamaki Suoh, who's quirky attitude masks his sad past, Hikaru and Kaoru Hitachiin (My favourite characters), using their bond as twins to perform what's commonly known as "Twincest" (best part of the anime xD), Minskuni Haninozuka (Honey) and Takashi Morinozuka (Mori), who's family's are experts in martial arts, and Kyoya Ootori, who's knowledge and funding skills hold the host club together. She must play the role of a male, due to her boyish appearance and attitude fooling the Host Club for a short time into believing she is of the opposite gender. Later in the series, she is the subject of a love triangle. This, however, is resolved in the finale. Speaking of the finale, any TamaHaru shippers may flip tables in rage, but i'll leave you to find out why. With it's characters comes an incredible cast- I've seen both Dub and Sub and honestly prefer the Dub! FUNimation studios have an incredible range of VA's and they play their characters well.I recommend this anime 100%, however, I do not give it a perfect score... Because there is no season 2. Other then that, I would love for any anime watchers, new or old, male or female, young child or old adult, to watch this anime- It will be a decision they will never regret!
Ben Davis I did enjoy this show quite a bit. The show is dumb. The show is really silly and stupid. I know that. But I feel like the show knew it was all those things. The show breaks the fourth wall a lot and when they do, they reference the type of show that they're in (reverse harem) and they reference the character archetypes that each character fulfills. That to me says they knew the show was really stupid and cliché, which is great in my opinion. I do love a certain level of self awareness when I watch these types of shows. The show is still surface level entertainment level though. You don't have to use your brain at all, which isn't a bad thing here really. It entertained me consistently, it made me laugh, and I had a fairly good time with it. I do not feel as if I wasted my time. I say watch it.
senpaicomplex Ouran High School Host Club is one of the greatest comedies I have ever watched. Nearly every joke hits its mark and I found myself laughing my ass off at almost each and every joke. The characters exaggerated and over dramatic reactions to the different situations are hilarious and a blast to watch. Haruhi and Tamaki's "interesting" relationship is adorable and pretty hilarious as well. The romance doesn't feel forced and we get to see the two's feelings for each other progress very naturally. The "homosexual supporting cast" can be a little much at times, but I honestly feel like the antics of the other host club members really helps bring life to the show. The characters are all next to flawless, with their own quirks and traits. From the princely and somewhat delusional Tamaki, to the devilish and mischievous Hitachiin twins, there has to be at least one character in the show that the viewer finds appealing. Despite the comedic nature of the show, it also manages to have some really heartfelt and touching moments. These moments are not ruined by poorly timed jokes, which is a problem with a lot of other comedies. This show is an absolute masterpiece and I really wish it could of had a second season. I hope to see more brilliant shows like Ouran in the future.
