Synopsis

Noah's Island was an animated children's television series made by the creators of The Animals of Farthing Wood and commissioned by the European Broadcasting Union. It was directed by Philippe Leclerc and Alan Simpson and written by Elphin Lloyd-Jones and John M. Mills. Each episode, of which there were 39, ran for 28 minutes. Although not as successful as Farthing Wood, it was fairly popular on Saturday mornings in many of the homes of the United Kingdom, particularly with its younger target audience. Based on the Bible story, Noah's Ark, the series was praised for its characterization, imaginative storylines and for introducing ecological themes in a way that delighted children.

Kattiera Nana I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
Claysaba Excellent, Without a doubt!!
Bumpy Chip It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.
Lela The tone of this movie is interesting -- the stakes are both dramatic and high, but it's balanced with a lot of fun, tongue and cheek dialogue.
dagarne Humouristic and heartwarming series. It makes a fantastic good alternative to all trash TV that is made for children these days.Noah, the polar bear is captain of a floating, tropical, volcanic island. The other inhabitants of the island consists of different animals that have stranded or been picked up as the island, drifted by the ocean currents floats more or less randomly from continent to continent. The goal for the quest, is for Noah, Sascha, Rocco, the two mammoths and the rest of the animals to reach Diamantina. Diamantina is a safe and beautiful place, where all can live in peace and harmony, sheltered from all dangers, according to Salome, one of the mammoths. The major concept in this story is to stick together, care for each other, search challenges together, reach out to help and rescue other individuals, and at last, bring the whole flock to a safe haven. The drawings are great. So is the musicI can highly recommend it. It is great entertainment for all ages.
