FuzzyTagz If the ambition is to provide two hours of instantly forgettable, popcorn-munching escapism, it succeeds.
AnhartLinkin This story has more twists and turns than a second-rate soap opera.
Josephina Great story, amazing characters, superb action, enthralling cinematography. Yes, this is something I am glad I spent money on.
unkqty-46481 Folks do ok work on houses, but gal goes way overboard on shiplap - like its some kind of obsession. they also have an annoying penchant for applying names to properties and acting goofy. they're supposed to be huge in the waco area and have loads of people flocking to their business like it's some kind of shrine. they take people around the waco area and find houses for them, then fix them up - that's it. guess i just don't get it.
kimberlyj-95026 Just watched the Graham house fixer upper, so moving, you should be proud of yourselves! I enjoy watching your show, and the relationship you have with each other and your family is so refreshing. Please keep up the good work, Portland Oregon would be a great place for your family to do a couple fixer uppers.
Art Vandelay The popularity of Tex and Edna Gaines mystifies me. They don't work with particularly memorable houses. Their taste is an abomination. They never say anything remotely interesting or informative. Tex tries to be funny when he's just a jack***. And I especially don't care about their brats or their goats. What's the attraction here? We don't learn a thing - not a thing - about home renovations. It's basically a reality show about a mediocre family of Texas half-wits who spend some of their time doing unattractive renovations. Put a beard on Tex and a couple of his offspring and it would be Duck Dynasty, Home Improvement Edition. Are women so desperate to have something to watch while their husbands are watching ESPN all day that they'll put up with this junk?
martinistamara It all blends into a single page out of any design magazine you can pick up in a waiting room of your dentist's office. The tricks are: gray colored walls, french doors here and there, gotta have at least one distressed piece of furniture, a pergola outside, and get rid of every wall inside to create an open plan. This really gets boring and repetitive after a couple of episodes. It's a cute (but rather tiny) bag of design tricks and they just keep pulling out of it. Not stepping out of the comfort zone and playing it safe all the time is off putting. Also, not really functional for the families and their day to day lives. As one viewer said, no TV station is ever added to a living room, that is just so unrealistic.I liked the family, the kids and work on their farm house, but beside that, it's not that great of a show.Refresh, please!
