marizatziaveli I really enjoyed season 1 but it is such a shame that the show will not continue... In my opinion it could have been a huge success among fans of fantasy fiction, maybe the producers did not advertise it enough?

BlackSwan I gave the Series a try because the "Trailer" was quite promising. Also reading some reviews made me give it a try.But after trying to watch through all ten Epsiodes, there is no way this Series is getting a good Vote from me. And if someone is on the edge of giving it a try, safe the time and use it for something else. There are much better TV Shows out there. There was great promise and potential for a decently good Series, but in regards to today's Television Standards, "Emerald City" fails utterly.Everything from the Directing, to Storytelling to Editing and Character Building is quite badly/horribly done. I'm not going to spoil, but characters consistently fail to behave in a consistent manner. Pretty much in every situation they do the polar opposite of what they would have done earlier. Pretty much they do what the weak and crappy plot demands of them. Which is actually sad, because the actors did a decent job, but the way the story is told, the end up making matters worse. A good example is the lead character. She is so inconsistent in each and every way that the entire series feels like a really bad joke. Or one could say, the series is written for dumb nuts that can feed feed stupid plots and stupid storytelling. -->Lead character knows she can use magic but forgets it all the time until the plot somehow figures out, oh, we totally forgot about that.The series pretty much plays along that line and quality. Also just to warn those that haven't seen it yet. There are plottholes and missing parts in the story that make watching painful. We can and should expect more as viewers especially in our days where Television brings us Diamonds like Game of Thrones, Westworld, Narcos, Sense8, Fargo, American Gods, Sherlock, Outlander and many many more! To those financing utter crap like this, don't waster your money and your time on such weak stuff. Give us intelligent characters, a good story and tell it with conviction! Make up and costume and pretty actors don't make up for the poor dish you have served us!

Konstanzia hauntingly beautiful dark fantasy doesn't exactly imitate the original plot, which makes the guessing game more exciting - you keep guessing who is who in relation to the well known story. Stunning set design and costumes. Great acting. Deep exploration of human nature. The innocent choices characters make - all justified, we feel for everybody - leading to tragic consequences. Have to admit that intro part was dragging a bit, but each next episode was better than the one before. I was glued to the screen and finished it in one night... well... two nights - i discovered the show after episode 9 was released, so had to wait for the last one.

King Vang An outstanding show, will send you through emotions somewhere over the rainbow to the audience and fans👌It has so many tornado mindblowing moments,This show is such a change and plot twist in the Land of Oz very interesting,If you haven't seen the show yet I highly recommend giving it a try,Other than that Keep up the great work! Emerald city season 2 lets go!!!
