Synopsis

Kevin Pacalioglu may have no money and no clue, but he can see dead people, so that’s pretty cool. Faced with a constant stream of stubborn spirits, Pac goes to whatever lengths require the least amount of effort to help New York City’s most frivolous ghosts finish their unfinished business, occasionally with the help of his best friend and drug dealer, Roofie.

AshUnow This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.
eapplebaum This show is terrifically funny. It's addictive and is a Binge watch MUST see! I love silly Ghost themes and this one is the best! what's not to like? grungy pothead in Brooklyn, see's dead people and helps them get to the other side. everyone is a caricature of real life people, not the slick fake kind of people who don't exist and every episode is hilarious! I love how over exaggerated the stories can be and I especially loved blob! I sincerely hope blob is going to be coming back as the little buddy in season 3. I'm trilled there's going to be a season 3!! I'm not keen on saying much more, because I don't want to give away to much of the theme and story.
barkbarkwoof OK first off Tyler Labine has seemingly been the death knell of many good shows. Not that he's a bad actor or I dislike him. The guy seems cursed. Most things he's on he plays a supporting role and the show goes on for one season or less. Some just get a short second season in death row. Base on the title I thought this would be simply a show about a slacker and there's already plenty of those shows. The premise is not original but very nicely done and amusing. I think all the projects I am thinking of suffered from the week wait before the next episode plus the inexplicably long hiatus that seems to be the norm these days. The binge watching atmosphere seems to work well as it keeps the momentum going. As I mentioned it's an amusing show in the spirit of a Harold Ramis movie. It grows on you quickly and you'll find you watch more episodes in one sitting than you originally intended.
Ole Sandbaek Joergensen You shouldn't take this for more then it looks, it is a silly comedy series about ghosts and them who can see them and those who can't, some who believe and some who don't.It is short episodes, and they work well for casually letting the time fly by and not having to think to much about what is going on and why it is happening.Mostly fun moments, the main character is really a deadbeat, but it does get a bit too much and too silly at times. It is nothing special, but it does entertain and works in the nice little setting it has, but don't expect too much of it other then being silly and strange at times.
siderite I don't usually comment TV series, but this one had so obviously fake positive reviews that I had to act. I watch a lot of crap and I make it my point of watching them to the end. If I can. Deadbeat was so not humorous, so annoying, so disrespectful (to me, the viewer, I mean, not possibly fun disrespect) that I could not watch it. I stopped it dead (pardon the pun) and deleted all episodes after the first ten minutes.I won't bother discussing the plot. The actor playing Dale in the Tucker and Dale movie and the girl from Hitlist UK on MTV before from you were born are starring. The first episode is about a ghost that can't pass on because he died a virgin. Need I say more? The sad part is that I really liked Dale and Tucker vs Evil.Avoid this as you would the plague.
