Toru and Akari arrive in Stephan throne room where Stephan, Alina, Irina, Black Chaika, Niva, Guy, Shin and Chaika awaits them with Alberic sneaking in. With all of the remains gathered, Black Chaika "consumes" the remains and starts giving birth with Guy's help, who reveals he is a magic mechanism to ensure the remains would be gathered. Black Chaika gives birth to a boy resembling Guy but with Fayla body parts who reveals himself to be none other than Arthur Gaz himself. Arthur thanks Black Chaika for using Fayla parts in her to resurrect him and kills Stephan with a spell without an incantation much to everyone shock. As Arthur sits on the throne and grows older, he explains to Chaika the truth that she and her "sisters" were never really his real daughters as the Chaikas were based on his mistress who was killed by Stephan during the war which he uses as a basis for all of the Chaikas looks. Arthur reveals his goal was to gather large amounts of magic fuel using several flying fortresses hidden in space to collect from people's emotions with war bringing out the most of their emotions. So he allowed himself to be killed and his remains scattered while the Chaikas fought to get them so the dread and fear about him would spread throughout the continent. To demonstrate his power, Arthur and Niva easily destroys a flying fortress sent to attack Hartgen.

Spoonatects Am i the only one who thinks........Average?
FuzzyTagz If the ambition is to provide two hours of instantly forgettable, popcorn-munching escapism, it succeeds.
Ava-Grace Willis Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
Kien Navarro Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
Tweekums This series is set five years after despotic ruler Emperor Arthur Gaz was killed and his remains taken by the 'Eight Heroes' who defeated him. Protagonist Toru Acura is a former saboteur who finds this time of peace difficult as there are no demands for his skills. One day he and his sister Akari find a strange white haired girl in the woods; she is being attacked and they save her. Seeing their obvious skills she offers them a job… she is seeking the remains of the late emperor and claims to be his daughter Chaika. Over the course of two series they seek out the remains; making both friends and enemies along the way as well as learning some shocking truths about Chaika. There are plenty of anime series featuring magical fights and if you like that genre you are likely to enjoy this. Toru isn't the most dynamic male lead and the way he collects a harem of female supporting characters is a little cliché… thankfully though the series is rescued by Chaika herself; her appearance and broken speech are endearing rather than annoying and she is a strong character. As the series progresses there are some nice twists; especially towards the end. The story is well told, the action is decent and the characters designs are good. These comments are based on watching the series in Japanese with English subtitles.
Demia Jack I think chaika the coffin princess(japan to English transl.) is great series at first i really think i should start or not start this anime because of the name but it turns out this is a great series must watch if you like anime very much You should think the name is not good but it fits when you watch it you have to broke bias first.I broke it and i really enjoyed. There are really good things about anime first of all most of the main characters are not extreme strong and They think before taking action and there are a lot of teamwork.Action scenes are good and animation nice plot seems first not interesting but it turns out it is.Well some there are somethings i did not like but i didn't bother it because this is great series.I recommend for who likes good action anime, and a little bit sense of humour.
