Rampaging zombies with superpowers of supernatural origin, but first they had to be infected by a virus! Sunspots caused all of the above, because the creators of this ginormous turd are climate change deniers, who would rather blame disaster trends (real and imagined) on gay people than human activity. Funny how the same people would insist that humanity is faulty (sinful) by nature, and they confess to that in their churches, but politically it's other people who are the problem.You can see all of the above and more within the first 20 minutes of this incredibly ridiculous series, which is all the time I could waste on it, although you will likely never see an overt religious message if you endure the whole of the two seasons so far. Because that's how religious, science-hating media content creators operate these days, and it has always been their style to become increasingly dishonest in proportion to the decline of their churches.

rolandorjan Silly little show which was just great. Hated to see it was only for one season. Sometimes we just need silly...and not so serious stuff. Where did Anne Heche go up in the clouds? Will there be a Season 2? Whoever makes these decisions should at least give it a 2-year trial before scrapping it. I've seen a lot of other shows much worse that seem to go on forever.

dddienst I am most of the way through season 1 and a lot of the bad reviews are true but i keep watching. If you come to it looking to be entertained without thinking about it. You will enjoy it. Much like Gilligan's Island but less silly. It is about as random as z-nation but takes itself more seriously.

fitch-10017 TV review for Aftermath on Syfy channel. I seen some poor sci fi in my time and a lot of it is on the Syfy channel. Yet Aftermath takes it to a new low. The premise is that the sun goes into massive flares causing magnetic waves to cause the 11 dimensions to start colliding together. Now in some of these dimensions we have people who can transform into another person. Have people get possessed by demons (they call them skin walkers). Now the acting is just okay. The people I blame for this show is the screen writers. They have characters who have this backstory that makes no sense. A woman who was in the Air force who is supposed to be special forces type commando. She marries a nerd professor okay. They have 3 kids one was a x football star, two twin girls. The twin girls by the way writers are two weeks apart for their age. Umm twins, screen writers mean they were born at the same time. Then every episode it feels like each character changes who they are. In one episode I cant shoot anyone. Next let me put a bullet in someone head. Next episode I cant kill him. Im a brain yet I cant wear a mask on my face that will save my life because I am claustrophobic yet the mask is nothing but plastic see through. Aftermath is just really sloppy writing all the way through. Every episode is also like you slap your head going don't you learn. I mean someone of the main group gets held captive because they get jumped by something scary. You think you learn be aware of your surroundings at all time. Have your gun ready blah blah blah. Just very bad writing.
