If you like to be scared, if you like to laugh, and if you like to learn a thing or two at the movies, this absolutely cannot be missed.

It's easily one of the freshest, sharpest and most enjoyable films of this year.

My best friends and I watched this in high school, although we live in different places in the country now we still refer to the movie all the time and when we can get together, it's just like the movie in the way we are catching up, doing stupid stuff, and laughing. Love this movie!

'Without a Paddle' is a Very Entertaining film, that's hilarious & largely engaging. Its a fun-loving tale about friendship & adventure!'Without a Paddle' Synopsis: After their friend dies, three men decide to fulfill their childhood promise by going on a camping expedition for the lost D.B. Cooper bounty, with calamitous results.'Without a Paddle' works wonders as an entertainer. No, its not a masterpiece, but while watching it, I wasn't bored for a single minute. The protagonists journey & the adventure they embark on, is full of humorous & over-the-top moments. Luckily, most of it works.Jay Leggett & Mitch Rouse's Screenplay is first-class, in terms of humor & wit. Steven Brill's Direction is competent. Cinematography captures the wilderness, accurately. Editing is pretty good.Performance-Wise: Seth Green, Matthew Lillard & Dax Shepard are in top-form, enacting the likable leading-men with terrific energy. Burt Reynolds is fabulous in a cameo. The actors who enact the villains, are very good.On the whole, 'Without a Paddle' deserves a genuine Thumbs Up!

For the sheer laugh factor alone, I liked this movie. This was actually one of the few movies that I expected to be funny and it turned out even funnier. I already knew about Seth Green (Dan Mott) and Matthew Lillard (Jerry Conlaine) from prior films, but I had never seen Dax Shepard (Tom Marshall). In my opinion, this movie isn't nearly as funny without Dax Shepard. His lines were funny, yes, but the way he delivered them and the way he spoke was really funny. The movie was simple and silly enough; three childhood friends go on an adventure in the woods, get lost, and tick off some marijuana growing hicks in the process. There were no events too absurd, yet some of the events were made for you to stretch the imagination, which is what you need for an effective comedy.

Without a Paddle is by far, by favorite movie. It made me laugh so so much! There's nothing to hate about this movie, and its satisfying the whole way through. The ending, when the kid says, "What's A Downstairs?" is hilarious and leaves the watchers laughing as they're walking out. I bought this movie on DVD when it first came out and I watch it every now and then when I feel like a good laugh! I rated this movie a definite 10! There is such a good plot in the movie, and there are sad parts, happy parts, hilarious parts, "inappropriate parts", and heartwarming parts. It's so sweet when they sing, "Do you really wanna hurt me, do you really wanna make me cry", as Dan's going through the tunnel to save his friends and D.B.'s treasure. Also, the guys are hott!
