Doomtomylo a film so unique, intoxicating and bizarre that it not only demands another viewing, but is also forgivable as a satirical comedy where the jokes eventually take the back seat.

I'm OK with one star though because some of the old radio equipment and sub set were neat to see - I'm guessing someone in the crew works at a museum ?I have absolutely NO idea how one could spend $3 mil to make this, especially since it certainly wasn't spent on the 'talent'. Sometimes it can be fun to pick out the continuity gaffes, especially after having a film a few times. It can also be forgiven in an otherwise-good movie. In this case though, it's flogging a dead horse. There are too many to list, but that's the least of the concerns. The sound is terrible, given the budget it's shameless how many effects they re-used, the cast are reading their lines rather than owning them, and what on earth is with that accent: Brit ? Oz ?.Not only has the director never seen a genre film, I don't think he's ever seen ANY dramatic film. With such an inexperienced cast, the director needs to be the metronome to keep the story moving, changing tempo for dramatic effect without leaving the audience bored and restless. I'll best there was a lot of coughing in the theatre when this pig was on the screen and, at the end of the day, he's the boss who's to blame. About the only thing that makes sense here is that it was made by a bunch of film school buddies burning up a grant. In a previous review, I think I cited Cole Younger and the Black Train as the worst movie I'd seen (despite Micheal Madsen). I now revise that opinion. Holy cow, this one's a stinker - it's not even worth the bandwidth it takes to steal it.

schrodermike455 It seemed like the old WWII submarine film Run Silent Run Deep. This has a well put together story. There are no familiar actors, but the actors do deliver a good performance. It seems to filmed in submarine because of the positioning of the shots. My friends from the VFW did enjoy the film. Submarine films are rare, but are usually appealing to a certain audience. USS Seaviper does appeal to those that look to a good story and not a large amount of special effects.I was interested and cared in the characters and what they stood for. In contrast the TV submarine film recently on TV this film at least is in the American spirit. So, in summary a well produced, acted and a film with the goal to keep our American military in a good light.

Dee Bundy What do you get when you mix a beta cam recorder, a Sony "My First Editor", and a crew of inept and talentless hacks? A film that is far superior to this horrid attempt at a movie. The cameraman should be barred from handling anything that can capture an image. The first ratings were, without a doubt, posted by the same inferior morons who created this heap. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, SEE THIS FILM. Compared to this, Gigli deserves an Oscar. I would rather sit through a midnight showing of Batman in Colorado than watch this piece of shite again. I'm giving it two stars out of sympathy, and the lack of negative stars on IMDb.

ryan-410-26658 Yea it's so beat the medical officer can't do his job the man is crying like a baby real sailors don't cry when their scared the movie really is a joke it just cuts from scene to scene with no transition.. It's a bad movie. The bad reviews are dead on its horrible they do not act like sailors they act like baby's wow thank god our country is not protected by fools like that lol one review said how clean they always are i agree it's a joke deisal subs are dirty sweaty places they look like models. The actors are horrible You. Can. Tell its a budget movie big time don't waste your time downloading the torrent its crap crap crap
