Smartorhypo Highly Overrated But Still Good
Sexyloutak Absolutely the worst movie.
Casey Duggan It’s sentimental, ridiculously long and only occasionally funny
Kien Navarro Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
americanflg This movie started out good, i felt like i was watching an adult version of Seinfeld. Much to quickly i started questioning the situations and actions of the main characters, and found no answers to why they were doing what they were doing. All the acting was superb but only a few scenes had brief moments where they were actually funny. Dan Cortese was amazing. I loved him in this role. His agent should show this movie to casting agents. Watch the first few scenes and then find something better, or else you will find yourself totally lost in this mess. I found this in a bin at a video store. It cost me two dollars and due to the rareness of this movie i feel like it was a good price.
therealchadhall seriously....me and five close friends believe this to be the greatest comedy of its kind...unfortunately only 40 people have seen it...and maybe seven have liked it...so hey you two other people should know you aren't alone...some people also have taste ...hehe.....anyhow this isnt a brain movie its a laugh movie....stop being so pretentious and try to enjoy...christ i can quote camus too................im also looking for cindy 5.....i need a toaster................check this out if you wanna laugh......if not then hurry up and go get the last copy of "Un Chien Andalou" before Frank Black decides to write another song....
Amy Adler Lenny (Jonathan Silverman) is a washout with women while close friend Joey (Dan Cortese) has girls falling all over him. One day, Lenny meets a good-looking lady at the planetarium and proceeds to try his best at winning her affections. Rhonda (Allison Smith) takes a shine to Lenny, also, yet through one misadventure after another, they never quite connect with each other. Will Lenny succeed in capturing Rhonda's heart and will Joey ever stick to a lady for more than one day? This movie is a major disappointment for romantic comedy fans everywhere. The script is lame, meandering, and, sometimes, sexually offensive. Jonathan Silverman tries hard and looks the part of a leading man but the material drags him down. The rest of the cast is utterly forgettable. (How did Monte Markham ever consent to be part of this mess?) Even the most stalwart movie enthusiasts will find this one difficult to sit through. Viewers should pass this one by at the video store. Instead, they should seek out Addicted to Love or Kissing a Fool for a more enjoyable evening at the movies.
Christopher Boyd Heck yeah, totally rad....to the max!Actually, this show is pretty good for a straight to video release. Jonathan Silverman is a superb comedic actor, and Dan Cortese IS Joey Fortone.......the Mr. Man, built like a brick sh*tter, non-committal jerk-monkey that women cannot get enough of but later regret ever going out with. The kind of a-hole whom The Nice Guy Association of America would like to nail to a raft and send seaworthy. BUT, he turns a leaf at the end, so it all works out.Go rent it...you might be surprised.
