Lovesusti The Worst Film Ever
Livestonth I am only giving this movie a 1 for the great cast, though I can't imagine what any of them were thinking. This movie was horrible
ChanFamous I wanted to like it more than I actually did... But much of the humor totally escaped me and I walked out only mildly impressed.
Curt Watching it is like watching the spectacle of a class clown at their best: you laugh at their jokes, instigate their defiance, and "ooooh" when they get in trouble.
janeivahaimeli Terrible casting couldnt understand any age and connection... but acting especially the bride.. awful.. nice scenario by sadler. But destroyed in execution..
akgonen60 This move reminded me of FATHER OF THE BRIDE had kind of the same concept in some ways, it wasnt really funnyy it was more a serious film and there are good actors in the movie but i dont ssee adam sandler playing emotional father, he has more of a comedik roll then he has a emotional roll but besides that acting was okay story could have ben way better all in all i give it a 5 i liked father of the bride better if i had to compare the 2
annamdc I'm not an Adam Sandler fan. This movie is refreshingly "un-sandler-y". It won't get any nods for any awards, that's for sure. Chris Rock basically acts as a prop, it's almost as if he just happened to be in the area when the original actor didn't show up. The script could probably profit from a couple of re-writes. But all in all it holds up. Adam Sandler actually manages to partially make up for it all. Up until now I had no idea the guy could act at all. If you expect the forced cringy humour of "Jack and Jill" or "Little Nicky", you'll be disappointed, because there's very little of it here. For my part I was pleasantly surprised to see a more civilized and almost soulful side of Adam Sandler.
Gordon-11 This film tells the story of a father who goes out of his way to prepare for the wedding of his daughter. It is supposed to be a comedy, but it is not funny at all. It is annoying, silly and simply unbelievable. It can say it is horrendous. I did not even enjoy one second of it.
