Matho The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.

Bob This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.

jonhgoldie I liked the idea, the movie was well-produced and spent time and effort on making a film that LOOKED more expensive than it was. Good score and sound and effects.Poorly scripted dialog and too many bad American accents. It's ok if some people in space speak Australian. Also looked like they borrowed the monsters from an original star trek episode...maybe spend some more time on that too.

jiszam Okay... Let me just say that I'm pretty picky when it comes to movies in general. And..I tend to dislike most modern movies that I see. But, I do love sci-fi in general. So, before I watched this I read alot of reviews about it, and found many saying bad things about it. So, I wasn't really expecting much. But man, was I wrong. I was blown away by this movie. It was freakin awesome. And, every time it would reach a point where I would expect some boring cliche, instead there would be an unexpected plot twist. Particularly this is the case at the end 8O.. Wow!!! I so want a sequel now.Anyways, this movie has awesome effects, cool guns, cool ships, cool monsters, likeable characters, good story, and particularly good and unexpected plot twists, like characters you didn't expect to die, dying, and characters you did expect to die not dying 8O.. I think this movie is better than just good. I feel this should have been a blockbuster hit. This is by far one of the best space/sci-fi/ action films I've seen in a long time. For me this one is an instant classic.

jimkennyeverett-691-760833 With a relatively low budget and a few recognisable names this was going to be a tough sell, but while watching this I got more and more into it. The space / air dog fights were impressive, the acting and direction were very good and the make up effects were better than I would have hoped for. This was an original and enjoyable sci-fi movie that I hope gets a Volume Two.

Ian Oh dear, oh dear. Writer-Director!Which only goes to prove that there are more dumb producers in the movie business than anywhere else!Anyway, this is not at all badly directed (which I confess is a surprise) and the production values are excellent but, oh, the script! OK, so it's not THAT bad but, really, it's not that good, either. It's derivative, sloppy in places, not best organised and some of the dialogue could have done with a script editor.It's difficult to envisage that it set itself up to be anything more that a B-movie but you must presume it did.So, watch it if you're a SF fan with nothing else to do on Tuesday night but just be aware that it doesn't live up to its promise.The music, however, is excellent!But for the want of a better script it's a wasted effort.
