Cathardincu Surprisingly incoherent and boring
Arianna Moses Let me be very fair here, this is not the best movie in my opinion. But, this movie is fun, it has purpose and is very enjoyable to watch.
Lachlan Coulson This is a gorgeous movie made by a gorgeous spirit.
Rosie Searle It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
Paul Magne Haakonsen This is a very typical Hallmark Christmas seasonal movie in every sense of the term. And if that is good or bad, is of course a matter of personal preference. The movie had an adequate storyline, which was generic and straight forward for sure, and you knew exactly how the movie would end right from the very beginning. There was a good continuous flow to the movie. The cast was doing good jobs with their given roles and characters, and they had some good acting performers on the cast list. Candace Cameron Bure was nicely cast for a movie such as this and actually carried herself and the movie quite well throughout the entire movie. While this is not a Christmas classic, it is definitely is well worth watching once with family and loved ones during the holiday seasons.
Sober-Friend I wrote my review when this first aired. I know Candace has her fans. I like some of her films but she can't act that great. She is pleasant but she is no Meryl Streep. Because Candace plays twins in this film she proves how limiting her acting is 2 fold. In this film Candace plays twin sisters. they each think the other has a simpler life. So like they did once when they were children they decide to change places. Now each twin has a vastly different life from one another. That should set up complications and it does but Candace can not pull off the dual role. Her "Twins" act the same. Candace does nothing to make each twin have its own "personality" . Candace you need to learn how to spend time building a character. Obviously you are playing a version of yourself and you are boring! At times you overdo your eye gestures like you are filming a situation comedy. This is not a bad film. It would of been a great film had they cast "An Actress" not a "Personality". You can call Candace an Actress but I really can'tLet's see how long this review stays up!
tylerbeast-renehan I typically watch Hallmark Christmas movies for the drinking game aspect (i.e. main characters with names associated with Christmas, cynics who change and become believers in the spirit of Christmas, shameless brand plugs), so I of course decided to watch Switched for Christmas. However, my pursuit of getting buzzed was tarnished by Hallmark's incessant push to portray the city of Littleton, CO, as a podunk, fly-over, small town an hour away from Denver. Littleton is a suburb of Denver; it is an easy 20 minute drive between the two downtown areas of both cities, and the limits of both cities actually touch if you look at a map of the Denver metro area. It also has a population of like 50,000 people, so it certainly is not the small town that it is annoyingly called over and over again in the movie. So please, Hallmark, for the love of God, please do some research of the place in which your movies are set. That being said, this is easily one of my top 5 favorite Hallmark Christmas movies.
rokitdeluxe I loved this movie. Décor is great. Not always the case with Hallmark. You either get real Christmas decoration that look professionally done or the occasional flat red bow thrown here and there. Enjoyed the actors. Fun fun Christmas movie. Will save this one. I also liked the one she did last year Journey Back to Christmas. That one surprised me. I thought Candace's acting was the best I've seen in her. Well done.
