Karry Best movie of this year hands down!
Moustroll Good movie but grossly overrated
Murphy Howard I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
Ava-Grace Willis Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
ravensfire67 I watch Matt's Chance over and over again. I really like it. The only thing that could be any better is that sequel when Matt will return for that sequel which I have no idea when that will be but hopefully soon. I don't know why but I find it a very interesting movie with dark humor. I also like the music especially in the opening by Julien K Palm Springs reset and the song while the credits role. I always like the movies that some people don't/won't bother watching but glad I found this!!! I won't be givingany information away but I should say watch it!!! In fact, I justchecked it out once again. If I could say one thing, get out there andwatch it. Even if you don't end up liking it at least you did!
bradly-hackworth The lead up to the end of this film was great in that it was very confusing but all came together to make great sense. Well done by all cast and crew. Getting to see Margot Kidder doing her thing after all these years was a true treat. Director Nicholas Gyeney took this team and had them grab all the right timing to make an excellent performance all the way around. And if you have yet to see this film, you with die with laughter when you see Margot Kidder rockin' it out in all her glory. Gary Busey did not need much time to bring what was needed to crush it! Ultimately, I don't think I could ever go back to getting a regular haircut after the,"Six Million Dollar Man" gave it a go! Good job, I'm looking forward to seeing what comes about next!
Erin Myers I was exceedingly impressed by this film. Generally in watching films revolving around one character, I become bored and uninterested. But I felt that the character of Matt was completely relatable--it was like I could feel his pain and initial happiness. Very believable. The cinematography was absolutely stunning and the director's cameo was a small and unexpected highlight. The twist at the end was completely unanticipated. I dislike predictable movies, and Matt's Chance is anything but that! In all, this movie will hold you attention and draw you in with the development of each character. Oh, also, the priest is hilarious!
MaximoN-740-149869 Saw this movie a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed the experience. I did find it a bit overwritten and under edited but with a sincere heart. The production values were first rate; especially the cinematography. However it excelled in the casting. The most challenging acting role was taken on by Bill Sorice as the Russian Mob guy. He brought humor and humanity to the part. The cameos by Lee Majors and Gary Busey were first rate but it was Margot Kidder who stole the show. I also thought the routine by the priest was very funny and novel. The entire cast did a great job of delivering a quirky story That I hope does very well in all markets. Fun Stuff!!
