It's funny watching the elements come together in this complicated scam. On one hand, the set-up isn't quite as complex as it seems, but there's an easy sense of fun in every exchange.

The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.

This film, which is the sequel to the terrific "Lost in the Barrens, picks up pretty much where "Lost in the Barrens" ended. However don't think you must watch "Lost in the Barrens" first to enjoy this one. "Curse of the Viking Grave" stands on its own just fine. The two teenage boys, through a set of circumstances, are enticed to return to the Barrens to show a "government man" the Viking grave. The Indian boy's attractive sister also gets involved in the adventure. This film has numerous odd characters, funny characters, evil characters, etc. There is enough action and a few surprises and twists to please most anyone. All in all, an excellent flick that can be enjoyed by everyone from 8 to 80.Roger Moncrief
