Reviews

Raetsonwe Redundant and unnecessary.
Marketic It's no definitive masterpiece but it's damn close.
ThrillMessage There are better movies of two hours length. I loved the actress'performance.
Salubfoto It's an amazing and heartbreaking story.
Jon Doe This movie has some depth so if your just into blood, guts, and mindless action and gore(which I love too) it may not be for you. This is a drama/Horror with a little more depth then your average horror..I have seen this movie a few times on cable and saw the screener before it came out. It took me 3 times to fully grasp everything that was going on with Danika. For those who think its only people involved in the production making good reviews, I feel sorry that you couldn't grasp this film. I have absolutely nothing to do with this film and I give it 8 stars.Marissa Tomei is still very Hot and a great actress who gave a stellar performance. Watching her come unglued emotionally on screen is very believable. She carries most of the film, but the rest of the performances are excellent too. An all around great film, good acting, cast, plot, etc for those who don't like spoon fed plots.
martins-em It's always easy to criticize, so i will. All films can be metaphorically interpreted. Meanings of art can be best enjoyed in whatever form suits your mind. The movie was entertaining. The director could have simplified his approach. If u are conformed to the standardized structure of film making that u a victimized to in North America, this film may disappoint you. I only wonder.... why the world can't be better. Ah, what does the film tell us.... don't be week, open your mind and the rest will follow.so don't make any excuses for yourselfdon't wallow in self pityand for ####'S sake...don't push a cart around feeling sorry for your self-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
johnral The acting was good, the plot seemed interesting, the directing and scenes were good, and the movie keeps your attention well. But in the end, the plot is horrible. You watch the whole movie trying to piece the multiple themes together; e.g. the murdered child, the bank robbery, her visions or premonitions, her marriage, the safety of her daughter etc. In the end, you simply learn that basically the whole movie was a hallucination. It's like the old episode of Dallas where the entire season was a dream. You feel cheated, especially if you were struggling to put the plots together. From a plot standpoint, it really does not take much skill to throw twelve random plots into the mix, and then in the end reconcile all the threads by saying that it was all imaginary. We watch Columbo or Monk intensely because we hope that in the end it will all come together; when it simply does not, we are robbed.
wilma-spragling In the opening of the movie the main character thought she was in the middle of a bank robbery and her boss was murdered. All Danika could do was crawl on the floor in a separate room. While thought the robbery was really happening, the robbery was part of her imagination. It took quite a while for me to realize she had mental problem. How did the shrink turn out be be the person her husband was having an affair with? The ending of the movie did not make sense to me. What happen to her family? I noticed throughout the movie she would see the bag lady, but it turned out she was the bag lady. Was her husband really having an affair? Did her kids die in a car accident?
