mattkratz As far as biopics go, this was one of the better ones. I liked learning about the group and its origins, including seeing things I had known about and seeing thing I hadn't. I liked the recreations of the videos, seeing them meet, the auditions for the record company, their first going out on the road, Left Eye displaying her "crazy" personality (including acting out in the bars and burning down Andre Rison's house), and the bandmates' reactions to her tragic death. I think this was pretty accurate and well made with excellent performances and good concert scenes.*** out of ****

donjuanpoet Well, when I turned this film on I expected a VH1 movie. This movie was both directed and cast good enough to be on the BIG SCREEN. That is comparing this film to some of the TURDS I have seen this year. The actor was awesome, the casting was awesome. The casting was so good you forget what the real artists look like by the end of the first few minutes. To avoid ruining anything I will not give my opinion on the trails that the group faced but WATCH this film. If you avoid this movie because you feel on way or another about the music please don't. I was never a TLC fan and can not truly call myself one after seeing the film but I can say I now appreciate their art.

tanishia-allen I enjoyed the film. It's honestly sad to see how the music industry can mess with people that have dreams of becoming a superstar. It shows how it can be a tough ride in a crazy music world. Decent!!I think they did a good job of casting the girls. It showed everything from Love to torn friendships to Family. I really enjoyed how the showed the relationships the ladies went through. I like how honest chilli was with her story in this movie. I was surprised at how little LA Reid played in this movie. Carl Payne didn't really have too many lines in this film, I would have expected more since he was part of the bigger picture. I would have thought they would have also included Babyface. Overall it's a solid movie that anyone watching will enjoy.

nikoftimetravel This movie was Great & you picked the perfect actresses & actors! Kudos to the Casting Director & Staff!!! I can really appreciate T-Boz & Chili for allowing us into their world and letting us see what really went on before Left-Eye decided she was ready to go. May she rest in peace!!! May the group continue in their future endeavors to maintain the LEGACY of TLC!!! KeKe, Drew, & Lil Mama did an awesome job!!! The guy who finally got them their money will probably go a long way too. I hope they air it over & over cause I missed some parts. We just never know what's going on behind closed doors huh! They should been millionaires off the first album. A LESSON LEARNED and passed on to future entertainers for sure.
