Solemplex To me, this movie is perfection.
Mjeteconer Just perfect...
Curt Watching it is like watching the spectacle of a class clown at their best: you laugh at their jokes, instigate their defiance, and "ooooh" when they get in trouble.

Reno Rangan One of the recent Disney Channel Original Movie starring Dave Cameron. Surely I decided to watch it after seeing her in 'Descendants'. An okay film. There's nothing special in the story. It was the same old, same old sports film. Like, a girl who loves snowboarding loses her spot in the team and the boyfriend at the same time. Now she trains hard to prove them all wrong. Would she achieve successfully what she has undertaken is the remaining part of the story that ends with a major snowboarding competition. As usual, a good film for the television audience and particularly the kids. It is a kind of inspiration, but full of predictable. At least I have learnt a few stuff about snowboarding, yet I felt it should have done a lot more with that platform. The other sub-plot like dogs were not bad. So overall the narration looked decent, until the end. If someone says the film is bad, that could be because of the way it was concluded. Too plain, but it always works for a production like Disney's. You can watch it, though, remember there are many fine DCOM that you can try than this.6/10
thenekassyni Typical Disney movie trying to bank and promote an upcoming child star. As with all Disney stuff this is meant for the rich people out there. You have the nice clothes and settings. The movie was alright for what is it and again being a Disney movie after all. I have to say the production value appears to be above average though.I didn't even get through the movie as every scene with Dove shows off her bright red and puffy lips. Now I find some people like this and I guess it is done to sexualize her but did we have to make it so big? If you google her and look at the photos she doesn't have the puffy lips. The problem with this is, of course, whenever she talks it appears unnatural. To me, it is gross. The close up gives me shivers. Reminds me of that one girl in the Transformers movie that had such a bad pair of puffy lips I cringed everything she was on screen.
Anth Li Honestly, I liked this movie a lot. I mean, yeah, it was really predictable and I expected everything that I saw (Nick steering Kayla into the sign), but I have to admit, the movie was really good. When I first saw the trailer during the Disney commercials, I already wanted to watch this movie, so I was excited when it came out yesterday. Yeah, this is a typical story with the rich girl wanting to change to show everyone she's not just "daddy's girl." However, this movie was enjoyable. The one thing I absolutely cannot stand about this movie was the ending. I was on the edge during the Fire and Ice competition, even though I already knew that Kayla would do Cloud 9 and the Hot Doggers would win. Still, I was excited and ignored the fact that I already knew what would happen. So why did I not enjoy this movie? It's because the ending was absolutely horrible. Okay, fine. It was ABSOLUTELY horrible, but I really dislike it. I don't like it so much that I only gave this movie 8 stars. Why did I hate the ending? It sucked. The rest of the movie was good, except for the ending. They literally ended this movie RIGHT AFTER Kayla did Cloud 9 and was announced to be the winner. Such a crappy ending. If there will be a sequel to this movie, the ending of this movie would be alright, since there's a lot they could put in the sequel, like about how Sebastian reacts to everything. But if this movie will end just like that, then I hate it. The ending really ruined this movie for me. I was literally SCREAMING at the TV when I realized the movie ended after Kayla won.
