Steve, a young professional snowboarder, ruins a high-paying photo shoot by playing a silly prank. He, his girlfriend Branka and fellow snowboarder Joschi are left behind on the mountain. They seek shelter in an après-ski tavern that is hosting an all-night party. Things go from bad to worse when a scientific experiment unleashes an epidemic of zombies and mutant wildlife. This is mostly lost on the local drunkards, as they are not always easy to distinguish from zombies themselves. But Steve, Branka and Joschi have to find a way to survive this hellish night.

Baseshment I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.
Dynamixor The performances transcend the film's tropes, grounding it in characters that feel more complete than this subgenre often produces.
bkdow I wish I had not wasted my time. The CGI of animals is awful and the acting is forced.
DMG I watched this movie with absolutely no expectations at all. Just because of the title alone. And the movie still kind of disappointed me. I didn't hate it, but it could have been a lot better. So let's talk about the good things first. The movie is actually pretty funny sometimes. Yes, there are some good jokes in the movie. There are also some really bad ones, but i have to say i laughed at some parts. Also i think the zombie make-up is actually really good. They don't just look like every zombie in every zombie movie, they actually look quite good and different. And i'd say that some of the acting is decent. Some of it is not so good, but some actors are actually doing a decent job. But the best thing about this movie for me was the gore. I love gory movies and this movie actually had some really good gore. I didn't look realistic, but that's not what i'm looking for in a movie like this. It was over the top and actually pretty awesome. Let's get into the negative stuff now. The worst thing about this movie for me was that the movie really dragged at the middle part. The movie is very very short and it still kind of bored me. And the second worst thing was the music. First of all the music was too loud sometimes. And second of all the music was terrible. It really didn't fit in at all. Also the climax of this movie just didn't feel climactic at all. It just kind of ended. I also found myself not liking most of the characters. We're supposed to care about the characters, but i really didn't. I didn't care when they died or when they were in danger. That's not supposed to happen in a horror movie. So in the end i think this movie actually had potential because i usually really horror movies that take place in a snowy landscape. Like dead snow and i even liked wrong turn 4 quite a bit to be honest. But the characters were pretty annoying and the movie really dragged even tho it is really really short. The ending just didn't feel climactic at all and the music was really annoying to me. There was some really good gore and some nice zombie make-up, but that's about it. 5/10
jadcarternm156 What an awful film. I have no idea what other reviewers are thinking, anyone would think this was to the zombie spoof genre what Godfather was to gangster films. I did not laugh once and the gore and special effects were worse than a Sinbad film. The only thing worth watching in the film was Gabriela Marcinkova who is extremely beautiful. Avoid at all costs.
Andy Monte If you love movies like "Shaun of the Dead" this one is for you. It takes place in the Austrian Alps where 3 snowboards are caught in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. They go through everything imaginable from guts being eaten in the bathroom stalks to killer a deer, the roller coaster of adventure will have your eyes glued to the screen. The casts on screen chemistry is honestly entertaining and will have you wondering what will happen next. The main character of the film, Laurie Calvert, is both funny and charming and I really can't wait to see his future performances on the big screen. However, my overall my favorite part about this film is how it showcases female empowerment in a genuine way. Actors Gabriela Marcinková and Margarete Tiesel are not your typical damsels in distress that wait for prince charming to save them. Instead they are two epic zombie slayers that total annihilate every zombie that crosses their paths. Their performance will have you proud to be represented by two kick ass women in a zombie flick. So, if you want to watch a film jammed packed with humor, great actors, and strong women you guys seriously need to give this one a watch and thank me later!
