Reviews

Grimerlana Plenty to Like, Plenty to Dislike
Derrick Gibbons An old-fashioned movie made with new-fashioned finesse.
Kaelan Mccaffrey Like the great film, it's made with a great deal of visible affection both in front of and behind the camera.
Philippa All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.
DiBo The captivating and hypnotizing A Perfect Circle lay down a great show. The sound is absolutely top-notch, the song choice interesting and fun (with a lot of covers) and the band plays brilliant. The camera switching is a bit too fast for my liking and I'm not a fan of post-production effects (split screens etc) but luckily this is kept to a minimum. Singer Maynard is filmed as a part of the band, not as a front-man. He also stands at the back of the stage with hardly any lights, exactly how he (I assume) would like it to be. That makes the viewing a bit strange compared to a regular band. But A Perfect Circle is no ordinary band and they definitely positively demonstrate this during this fantastic live performance.
