As really the viewers get to see them as a sheep in wolf's clothing. When they are something that they are not suppose to be. Like a murderer, rapist, con artist, etc. The list goes on.Those people that managed to live through it and got out alive. Thankfully they also end up telling their side of the story with what happened in writing in the aftermath. Of having a happy ending.Indeed why they marry these people is beyond anybody's guess. Even their own!
