Synopsis

The Slim Shady Show is an animated television series created by American rapper Eminem. Each episode is approximately five minutes in length. The shorts focus on the fictional adventures of Marshall Mathers' alter-egos Slim Shady, Eminem, Ken Kaniff and himself. The shorts were directed by Mark Brooks and Peter Gilstrap. Most of the characters in the shorts were voiced by Eminem himself, with other contributions from the directors, including Paul Rosenberg and Xzibit. Due to the explicit nature of the shorts, the DVD release received a BBFC classification of 18 in the UK and an OFLC classification of MA15+ in Australia. The animation used in the shorts is similar to the cartoon segment in the music video for Eminem's song Role Model.

Kattiera Nana I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
Raetsonwe Redundant and unnecessary.
JinRoz For all the hype it got I was expecting a lot more!
Allison Davies The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.
Guy Incognito God, this is such garbage. If you haven't seen it, I'll sum up every joke for you: Celebrity gets something disgusting and disturbing done to them. South Park is funny because it smartly satirizes pop culture, this may as well have had its figurative head smashed by a car door. If you like incredibly lazy, moronic, immature humor, ugly animation, unconvincing voice acting, and hitting yourself in the head with a hammer, then I've got the show for you.
leonblackwood Review: What a total load of rubbish! The jokes were terrible and the animation looked awful. The jokes about Versace, Robert Downey Jr. and Kurt Cobain, went way too far and I personally found them to be disrespectful. I really can't believe that the production team watched these episodes and found them funny. The South Park scenes were also a waste of an opportunity to make something special! Basically, this must have been made when Eminem was going through a sketchy period in is life because I really can't imagine him making something so bad, nowadays. Disappointing! Round-Up: If anyone found this series funny, could you please let me know because I thought that it was a really bad attempt at humour. It seems like Eminem used this opportunity to have a go at everyone that had said a bad word about him. Through the whole 5 episodes, I failed to laugh once so this has to go down as one of the most offensive pile of rubbish that I have seen in a long time.I recommend this movie to people who are into there animation series about Slim Shady and his friends, including his alter ego, going around causing mischief. 1/10
wikkedrecords I watch a lot of Funny Cartoons and lots of them are not for children. As far as the humor in this show goes it is totally uncensored and every aspect of it is hilarious. The Character Slim Shady is Completely how you would invision eminem from his first album only(The Slim Shady LP). Lots of the voices of characters were voiced by eminem, some directors, and other rappers like Xibit. The show has music and freestyles as u would expect a show made by eminem. originally this show was only viewable online, instantly became popular and was bought to be released on DVD. IF u like Crude Humour, and Fairly Complex Character Plots than this may be a show for you.
evilvet666 Before Eminem was a household name, he lived in a caravan with his mum. This itself is both true and funny. This show is fairly funny in places, but not nearly as good as 8 Mile. But it does have an awesome Screech from Saved By The Bell impression in it. As it was based on pop culture at the time, it is now ludicrously out of date. Eminem's characters have not aged, cause he keeps incuding Ken Kaniff etc in his albums and shows - but the other characters are long dead. Still, some statements about certain film 'stars' are still true, as is the bit where a bemused Marshall asks why on earth everyone cares about famous idiots instead of important people like doctors, architects and Lawyers. Only for people who like Eminem. Everyone else, watch Southpark instead.
