Synopsis

The Chimp Channel is an American comedy television series which aired on TBS Superstation in 1999. Based on the Monkey-ed Movies interstitials that TBS aired one year prior, it is the network's first original sitcom. The short-lived series primarily consists of costumed chimpanzees and orangutans, voiced by human actors, parodying popular television shows, movies, and advertising as well as stars and personalities within the industry. The Chimp Channel marked the first all-simian series since ABC's Saturday morning Lancelot Link, Secret Chimp, which ended in 1972.

BelSports This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
Zlatica One of the worst ways to make a cult movie is to set out to make a cult movie.
Bob This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
JustnNLA The Chimp Channel combines excellent writing with amazingly human-like performances to achieve comedy unrivaled by traditional adult actors. Indeed, if the skits were performed by a Saturday Night Live cast, the audience would be bored to tears, but there's something special (and incredibly funny) about a chimp version of Judge Judy.Check it out. You won't be disappointed.
JohnnyJohnHildegaard It's something different from other TV Shows. But the Chimp Channel is a likable, silly, and funny trip through the spoofing of TV Shows. The Characters are likable and funny and the comedy is original and very well used. There are many spoofs I like about this show (Martha Stewed, Treewatch, Armageddon: The Series). It's certain to be one of the best new shows!
