Synopsis

The USS Enterprise's historic five-year mission continues with all new episodes of the original series. "Star Trek: Continues", a new Trek series, beams down with exciting adventures of the Federation's most heroic crew led by Captain James T. Kirk. The lighting and color of the highly accurate sets accentuate the equally detailed props and costumes, matching the original series that ran from 1966-69! With acting and stories that also replicate the original series, the adventures are sure to dazzle even the most die hard Trek fans. Witness now the untold morality plays that explore the final frontier and more importantly... the human condition. Fans of the original series will especially enjoy the pilot episode as a familiar guest star from the original series reprises his role in a sequel entitled "Pilgrim of Eternity". https://www.startrekcontinues.com/ https://vimeo.com/startrekcontinues

Kattiera Nana I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.
Maleeha Vincent It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.
Gary The movie's not perfect, but it sticks the landing of its message. It was engaging - thrilling at times - and I personally thought it was a great time.
Logan By the time the dramatic fireworks start popping off, each one feels earned.
dafishingpro-registration This show is really amazing. It is 100% true to the original series and even though it is made by amateurs and mostly unknown actors, it really feels like these could be missing episodes from the original. You can also tell this was a labor of love and the acting, story, pacing, dialog, sets, etc... all give you the same atmosphere that you get while watching the original. I saw a few reviews knocking some of the acting, but Shatner and crew were never the best actors either...these guys mimic that same acting so keep that in mind when you are watching this...its such a perfect match in even their mannerisms because they follow the original that closely. Some of people involved in the recent attempts to reboot ST could learn a lot from watching these episodes..this is how its is done! No butchery here or making something that ignores the rules of the ST universe and then just slapping a ST name on it.Thanks to everyone involved in the making of this! You made a real work of art that brought me back to the days I would sneak out bed so I could catch the late showing of TOS in the early 70's.
gman007-1 I simply could not believe that someone had finally gotten it right. I've waded thru a lot only to emerge after decades of wannabe shows and movies landing on this incredible extension of what was truly original. My deepest thanks.
treken-55694 This is an excellent series. It's not the original, but it's the closest I've seen. Vic and Michelle are great. I know Next Gen was the first time we saw a counselor, but it doesn't mean they weren't around on the original series. Enterprise had 430 crew members. It's fair to guess about 50 could've been medical. We never saw all the crew. So who knows. I think the acting is so good, I wish CBS would make this the new Trek show, instead of Discovery! Please people, if you're a true Trekkie, don't bash the children of the original actors. The Scotty isn't bad, and it's great to have actual Trek blood on the show!
louk-81235 I am a huge Star Trek fan and over the years have greatly enjoyed all of the Star Trek series as well as the many movies . My Favorite series was & always will be the original Star Trek, with Shatner, Nimoy & the rest.So when I was lucky to find Star Trek Continues, I was absolutely & happily mesmerized with it from the first episode on.The way it picks up & continues on from some of the original episodes is brilliant. The stories are very well written & the actors are top-notch in their roles. Vic Mignogna plays William Shatner's Captain Kirk to perfection & Todd Haberkorn does the same for Leonard Nimoy's Mr. Spock.Everything about this series is purely amazing, especially for the fans who started with the original Star Trek in the 1960's.I look forward to watching the last 3 episodes but will be saddened to see Star Trek Continues come to an end. I recommend this Web series to everyone!
