After 1995 and 2018, Slappy couldn't start a family, but now is the time. Jack finds a puppet named Slappy appearing at a flea market, an American city is thrown into chaos, after a series of nightmares and crimes begin to expose the city's lies and secrets. Meanwhile, the arrival of enemies and allies from Slappy's past threatens to expose the truth behind events, as well as the untold origins of the puppet that had given us so many nightmares.
