Synopsis

Sam Puckett is loud, independent, and tough as nails, while Cat Valentine is sweet as pie and super flighty. But that doesn't stop this unlikely pair from becoming best buds and roomies! Together, they're a power duo with a love for fun and adventure -- it's just too bad that it doesn't come cheap. Burgers at their favorite robot restaurant Bots don't grow on trees, after all. A booming out-of-home babysitting business quickly becomes the answer to their empty-pocket problems, but also an extra reason for countless wacky adventures to come!

Reviews

Hellen I like the storyline of this show,it attract me so much
Console best movie i've ever seen.
ThedevilChoose When a movie has you begging for it to end not even half way through it's pure crap. We've all seen this movie and this characters millions of times, nothing new in it. Don't waste your time.
Bob This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
elizabeth-12994 It isn't as good as some other TV shows and if I'm honest, not every episode is great. Most are though. It is rather comical but when you look at the other two TV shows that kind of brings this one together, victorious and icarly, this one isn't as good. It is still funny and for everyone, even though it is aimed at younger audiences. It is definitely worth giving it a chance.
vintagegal3 Sam and cat is nothing special. It is about 2 girls who meet and become roommates. These two girls and totally different and that is basically what the show is about. This makes it boring and repetitive. The only reason i gave it a 4 is because it does have some funny parts. these will appear maybe 4 times each episode and if you watch it you will see. I wouldn't actually recommend this show and I like other Nick shows better but i would say give it a try, because you may like it unlike me. even if I were to look at it for only the good arts I would only give it a 6 so don't give it high expectations. It is still a fun show to watch for kids though.
xxiaowenxx Yeah, sometimes it works but like 10% of the time. So, what's wrong with it: 1. for a show about babysitting, it is nothing about babysitting 2. I loved cat as a side character on victorious but she is just soooo annoyingly stupid on this show. Great side character, but not so much as a main character. And the whole gag with her is she might have autism.3. as if Cat wasn't enough, we have another retarded idiot on the show. Seriously? I never thought Goomer was interesting, and maybe if he wasn't in it, the show would be stronger? I just seems weird that the whole gag with him is he's mentally retarded. Yet, every episode it is brought up again and again. We get it, quit beating the dead horse. 4. Is Sam really all that badass in this series? I just feel like something is lacking, but for such a role, I think she does an awesome job with it and has fun. I give her a B, mainly because there was not way her role was meant to play a main character. 5. if Dice is going to have great hair, make him hot. He just looks like a white kid with a afro. A lot of these jokes are beat to death: Cat being native and stupid, Goomer is just retarded, Dice...idk, he's kinda bland, and Sam, probably the only whose character I actually liked a bit. But for such a role, she is still pretty static. (She was a lot better in iCarly, probably because she wasn't constantly taking care of Cat). Thank god it's over but if I had any suggestions: either introduce another character or get rid of Cat. I actually think it would be interesting to see Jenette McCurdy have her own show. Dice, is fine but make him less bland. And Goomer, get rid of him or at least let him have a brain. seeing him act like that is seriously annoying. (I wonder if he regerets the role).
dwvaughn11 I had not been on Nickelodeon in about 3 years. So one day, I decided to sneak a peek and maybe get a bit of nostalgia out of it. It was 3:00, so a show was bound to be just starting. Upon viewing the last commercial, I had been greeted by the introduction of "Sam & Cat" (An apparent spin-off revolving around two comic-relief characters from two popular shows created by the wannabe John Hughes himself, Dan Schneider.) It was when I had begun noticing the sexual innuendo and selfie-based transitions that I had known exactly who the writers are aiming this show at; to which I felt insulted. Let's say that Mr. Schneider cooks us, the viewers, a meal. It's delicious! The pinch of salt he added really brought out the flavor of the other ingredients! He then makes us yet another meal. Wow! That chili powder worked amazingly with the other ingredients, as well! Mr. Schneider then thinks to himself: "Hmmm... Since they loved the salt and chili powder from my first two meals, they're going to love this!" He then dumps a half pound of salt, and a half pound of chili powder onto a plate and confidently hands it to us. This new dish is Sam & Cat. Sam Pucket and Cat Valentine are two characters who are only useful when they have other, more cohesive, and well-spoken characters to work from! They cannot occupy an entire show on their own. One can understand this show's growing popularity, but unless you are one to enjoy the overpowering flavors of Sam & Cat as characters, I recommend staying far away from this show.
