I'm a 37 year old man with 3 nieces. I started watching the series with them and then I felt compelled to watch it on my own and I'm hooked. Every character is fully realized down to the ancillary characters. It's full of pop culture and humor for all ages. The excellent team of writers and voice actors craft this show into a true cult classic with the success of believing friendship truly is magic!

The weird adult fans think this show is the best ever when it's really bland and poorly written and then it became aware of it's adult fan base and began adding in pointless pop culture references making the show even worse and tainting everything it touches with it's mediocrity. Show is not even suitable for children anymore because of the perverted adult fan base. In conclusion don't watch it it will geometrically lower your IQ.

This show is not just a little girl show, it's amazing and awesome. I've seen every episode and I love the characters. There's something here for everyone to like, male, female, young, old, gay, straight, (very liberal so definitely it suits me) etc. this show was written to be respected and respected it shall be.
