Plustown A lot of perfectly good film show their cards early, establish a unique premise and let the audience explore a topic at a leisurely pace, without much in terms of surprise. this film is not one of those films.

JP Riveting, wonderful, beautiful. Downton Abbey is one of my favorite series ever. Starting with the set and costumes. Perfection. Not a single detail is overlooked, every episode is really made with so much passion and love. The costumes are beautiful to look at. And of course there's the cast. Every character is very interesting. No one shines, everyone is equally magnificent in their own ways. All characters have depth and are realistic, which makes me care so much about what's going to happen to them. The story is riveting. Every episode is amazing, you really will get excited and interested to know what's going to happen next. What is going to happen next after the finale? Hopefully the rumored movie is true. Hopefully.

mateszalai The Downton Abbey is the best TV Drama I've ever seen in my life. Very great actors and actresses, wonderful script and good directing. The whole story is not only enjoyable but also very exciting. It's not didactic and try not to educate us, the main goal is to show how people lived at this time. I love the entire cast, but we can see an actress who was always brilliant, but never could be seen on screen for a so long time. She's the extremely talented Maggie Smith. She plays the head of the Crawley family, but at the same time, she can be seen as a powerful woman and a great mother. (It's no wonder, how many Emmys she received. Floyd Shoemaker One of the best series I have ever watched. The actors are incredible and character development is wonderful throughout each season.You will love some of them and hate others, and at times you will find yourself loving and hating the same character.I was sad to see this serious end.

Dave This period drama television series is slow and boring. I can't understand how this manages to gain millions of viewers in the United Kingdom. Even more puzzling than its success in the UK is its large following in the United States - it must be like another world to Americans, so I don't see how it appeals to them.
