Pluskylang Great Film overall
Livestonth I am only giving this movie a 1 for the great cast, though I can't imagine what any of them were thinking. This movie was horrible
Casey Duggan It’s sentimental, ridiculously long and only occasionally funny
Matho The biggest problem with this movie is it’s a little better than you think it might be, which somehow makes it worse. As in, it takes itself a bit too seriously, which makes most of the movie feel kind of dull.
172 Every time we get a African-American show they never last the duration. It wasn't time for this show to end. I felt that this show showed positive role-models for young African-American's to go by and know they can achieve. I really liked the show it showed me alot of diversity. I'm in healthcare so I could relate to the issues that was expressed. But I often found myself comparing this show with ER. I also love ER, but it was just something about this show that made me tape it or race home to see it. This show had been through some times, because CBS bounced the days around as well as the time. But this show seem to have it's viewers follow the different times and days that it is on.
antkluv11 i have to say that city of angels is one of the best television dramas i have ever seen. the show may bear resemblance to partner shows like er and chicago hope, but angels stands out. my favorite character on the show would have to be phil buckman's character. other good performances include those of vivica a. fox and blair underwood. also, i hope that tv exects don't do what they often do and cancel the show to soon. a terrific show. 10/10
2-blessed City of Angels is the best show on Network TV right now. It's not like most medical dramas. It has unique plots and great acting. I use to watch cable TV on Wednesday nights but not since this show aired. It's fantastic and I hope it remains part of the prime time lineup.
tconn This show is a keeper. The casting people should be seen as individuals who KNOW the script and have done beautifully in bringing it to life. When Bobby Morse loosens up a bit, he is going to be very watchable. Here at Communications Institute the consensus puts "Angels" at the A level. If the writers keep up their dialogue, the show could be a high mark for 2000.For those who see a reason to stumble into the ethnic morass, we say: "Ethnic, schmethnic!" This is damned good drama acted by talented people.........That's all from here for the time.Phillip GREENLEAF
