aleusong I enjoy watching these 2000 preteen shows for the sake of laughing at how stereotypical they are. "As Told By Ginger" is indeed one of them, but I ask you: why did they waste their money animating this? There are no robots, no magical creatures, no cutesy talking animals. This shouldve been live action. Heck, despite how ugly the animation, the characters are live action! Not literally but they can be easily be imagined up as live action.But yeah, this show is what it is. Repetitive. If I wanted to see a show about a girl with a few friends trying to fit in, avoiding a rich snob, trying to win the heart of a jock, and have a annoying little brother whose story lines take up half of every single episode...sorry I already got "Lizzie McGuire".

breakzz I love this show a lot, ginger is not perfect but i just love the way she handles her problems. Lois is the most amazing character in the show, she single-handedly supports the family and still find time to give Ginger some advice and to keep up with Carl. Ginger's friends might not 'likable' and at times i find them a tat annoying but they're always there for her when she needs them. The way they create Courtney comes to show that the most popular might not be the happiest. This show is simply the best! MUST SEE!! 5 STARS!

snarvle Is anyone else creeped out by the character's mouths? I hear them talking, but i keep staring at the space in-between their noses and mouths. I have to agree with almost everyone else on this board, this cartoon is fairly awful. I've seen it a few times on NTOON on my digital cable, and I have to say that most of the filler they play is terrible.

Hancock_the_Superb The list of negaties goes on and on and on. Perhaps Junior High is portrayed accurately if you're an average, ordinary, idiotic, mindless, airheaded teen. You know, the kind that only thinks about you-know-what and thinks Brittany Spears is a goddess? If you're one of them, BOO HOO HOO!!! I HATE THIS SHOW JUST THE SAME! (Spoilers) The plot is just another lame story of stupid preteen girls (who look like they're wearing make-up and have the most screechy and annoying voices imaginable - save Macy) trying to be possible. The Griplings are just simple, ordinary, horribly cliched rich people - stuffy British accents (save Courtney) with a British butler, out of touch with the real world - it's just sad. The Foutley's are not one cliched family, but Ginger (the star, DUH!) and Carl are different cliches. Ginger is, well, apparently one of the teens I said that I loate so much above. Carl is your average gross kid. Whatever. And don't get me started on Ginger's mom . .. A waste of time and effort. At least get better animation, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! Three stars.
